The deluxe mini cheeseburger was very good and of a good size and the blue cheese fries were amazing. Only problem is the service. They appear to get very busy and the hostess looks exhausted and that you're the last person she wants to see when you walk in the door. We were able to get a table without waiting fortunately but then nobody came to take our order for at least twenty minutes. So, the food is very good, but the service experience makes me hesitant to go back.
My wife and I both got burgers and they were juicy and delicious. We shared the Parmesan fries (1-2 portion was plenty big for us both and I can put the fries down normally) and I liked them more than her. She thought they needed more flavor and salt. We both really liked the chocolate milkshake that came with a refill tin. The service was just ok but our food was high quality.

The street view of Grill-A-Burger is reasonable. The ambiance when you step into the restaurant is positive in the theming they employ but the tables and chairs are just adequate.The service is helpful, likable and very attentive.The menu has a wide range of burger options and a few non-burger options.
