“Food & coffee was excellent as usual. But for the first time ever, the staff and atmosphere were disappointing. No personal cup discount or stars, despite saying it at the time of order. Plus, I handed her my cup and she filled it (counter order). Then the topper! The most neglected bathroom that i have ever encountered at Starbucks. Trash all over the floors and the walls need to wiped once in a while. (Photos included)“
“Another very very spacious Starbucks. Maybe the extravagance of space is just a feature of the desert communities generally. But compared to so many Starbucks where it's crowded and cold, this one is comfortable, beautifully decorated and has a mix of tables counters and soft upholstered chairs. It has a drive-in but the staff at the counter were extremely quick.“
“I really like the service at this location! It is ran pretty well and usually has a fast line but sometimes after LQHS gets out (approx. 3:34pm) it gets very busy and sometime the line takes longer. All together though staff is very friendly, funny and kind! I think this location provides good drinks as well.“
“They ran out of Pumpkin cold brew but Giselle put me on a new drink and it was delicious! I wanted to know what it was so she wrote it down for me! She was super.nice and helpful even went the extra mile and helped m as to where I can find it !“
“I’m writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received at this Starbucks location, this Sat morning around 9am .
I mistakenly placed a mobile order for a brown sugar oat milk cortado and a jalapeño chicken pocket through the app, thinking I had selected your location. I had inadvertently chosen the other location also listed in hwy 111. Upon arriving at your store, the app indicated that my order was ready . Despite it being a busy time , your staff and Dylan immediately acknowledged me and Dylan took the time to initiative to help resolve my error. He promptly prepared my order, and it was ready within minutes. I was truly impressed by Dylan’s attentiveness and efficiency, especially during what appeared to be a rush hour. The outstanding customer service I experienced, along with evident cleanliness of your location, has made me a strong advocate for this particular Starbucks. Therefore, I totally recommend this location..“
