“Had the best service, my order was taken by Sterling and from the second I got there he was extremely polite and the best person who’s taken my order by far. My app wasn’t working and he helped me even gave me a tip on how to get it to work better. Treated me way better than the Starbucks on Stetson. Would rate 10 stars if I could.“
“I come here almost daily, & out of all the stores in Hemet/Sj, this one is the Best one that makes my drinks!! I always pay extra for a bunch of strawberries, and they make it good each time. Everyone here is so friendly, (especially the evening crew). :) I look forward to the messages/drawings on my cups. This one made my night. Thank you!!“

“MY TUESDAY/SUNDAY NIGHT RITUAL! It’s a date when it comes to Stetson’s Starbucks, you’ll find me here often. When I’m feeling tired or in need of a serious pick-me-up, this is my favorite location to visit in Hemet. The professionalism and speedy service is something I can expect from this spot. My cold brews never taste watered down nor do they use excessive ice like other Starbucks. I value getting my money’s worth, I feel respected here.
The drive-thru wait time is never more than 10 mins and the baristas seemed locked in. The inside is typically quiet during the afternoon and evening. The mornings are busier and on the nosier side. It’s still a solid location for reading and hanging with friends.
Recommendations? If I want a non-coffee drink I’ll build a matcha lemonade. Otherwise, I order a cold brew or espresso (iced) with non-dairy milk.“
“I just wanted a water, the Gentleman said I had to purchase something. I get it, company policy and I can respect it. I said “well I’m just hear for the water what’s something cheap?” He understood the assignment, didn’t act rude at all said I’ll give you the vanilla bean scone it’s like $1.95. It’s the little things!“
“What's up with the Gentleman at the counter being rude to customers, and kicking them out? He was rude to 2 customes yesterday. Restaurant looked beautiful. Restrooms were clean. The guy at the counter kicked out 2 customers into the rain yesterday! Isn't Starbucks a safe, nice cozy place you can go and use the wifi? The other associates were great! I've worked 25 years in Customer Service. I'm shocked!“
