“Anna assisted us inside the Target Starbucks, she is wonderful!! She took note of our orders and offered complimentary add ons in place of what we ordered to have a better coffee experience. Love to see people who love their jobs and show kindness to others while doing it!“

“Nelson and Alex are always on it!!! They always get my drinks out super quick, despite them being a little complicated. I work in a different store far away but live close by. The team here is always super nice AND quick! I hope to learn everyone's names but so far I just wanted to say Nelson and Alex give awesome service!! Thanks for always making my drinks right and always being nice!! You're awesome!
Update 7/8: tonight, I stopped by this store after my shift. Wendy was in pos up front and Gio made my drink. Super delicious and refreshing! The team here was a different team this time but its so nice to meet everyone. I have seen Wendy several times so it was nice to speak a little more. Thanks again for everything guys!“

“I was in a rush to go to work this morning and just grabbed the drinks to find out at home that they did not include aspects of the drink. Blue coconut foam is pretty obvious. It's a mistake I will not repeat again. Just not to this particular store. I will not be giving that store any more of my money. I have low standards that you are not able to meet, in my opinion. Ultimately, it's my fault for not communicating. I just want to spread awareness of my misfortune so you can double check your orders and not be like me“
“Had the best service, my order was taken by Sterling and from the second I got there he was extremely polite and the best person who’s taken my order by far. My app wasn’t working and he helped me even gave me a tip on how to get it to work better. Treated me way better than the Starbucks on Stetson. Would rate 10 stars if I could.“
“I just wanted a water, the Gentleman said I had to purchase something. I get it, company policy and I can respect it. I said “well I’m just hear for the water what’s something cheap?” He understood the assignment, didn’t act rude at all said I’ll give you the vanilla bean scone it’s like $1.95. It’s the little things!“
“I frequent this particular Starbucks multiple times a day. The baristas recognize us by name and our orders.(AM and closing shifts are the goats!)
Today, I decided to get some coffee after picking up the kids. A barista, Gavi, helped us, and was extremely unpleasant. Rolling her eyes, slamming cups and being very short.
Yikes, I'll avoid mid shift like my life depends on it“
