“I had such a wonderful experience at Starbucks thanks to Maria! She has been working since 2:00 AM, and when I came in around 9:30 AM, she was still greeting every customer with a genuine smile, incredible kindness, and so much positive energy. You would never guess she had already been working such a long shift because she treated everyone with patience, professionalism, and a great attitude.
Maria went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and took the time to make me feel welcomed. It’s rare to come across someone who consistently provides this level of customer service, especially after so many hours on their feet. Her dedication, hard work, and commitment to making every customer’s day better truly stood out.
Employees like Maria are the reason people keep coming back. She represents everything great about customer service friendly, attentive, efficient, and genuinely caring. Starbucks is lucky to have someone as hardworking and dedicated as her on their team.

“Went after work to get my dad a black coffee and I was given an order for someone else. My fault that I didn't check until I was almost home. I called the store and expressed my experience and they were quick to offer me a replaced for tomorrow when I get off from work. That was very nice and I truly appreciated it as a fellow customer service person. Thank you for quickly resolving the issue at hand.“

“Today on September 17 2025, I got some coffee here at this location and was surprised to be greeted by the young lady at the register. The environment and atmosphere was AMAZING and very warm inside this Starbucks location. Everyone was so nice to me and they kept thanking me for being there. ❤️ Thank you guys! Oh and by the way the coffee was made with love and perfection! ❤️😭 Thank you for your services and support I will definitely be going back to this location.“
“I frequent this Starbucks for matcha and breakfast and I always receive great service and my mobile order is almost always ready by the time I arrive. Hailey went above and beyond on a busy morning to update me on my mobile order and where it was in the queue and she got my order to me as soon as she could. Would definitely recommend this location“
