I had such a wonderful experience at Starbucks thanks to Maria! She has been working since 2:00 AM, and when I came in around 9:30 AM, she was still greeting every customer with a genuine smile, incredible kindness, and so much positive energy. You would never guess she had already been working such a long shift because she treated everyone with patience, professionalism, and a great attitude.

This Starbucks Coffee Company location in New Perris is a great experience with a warm and inviting atmosphere, offering quiet corners for work and a lively buzz for socializing. The staff is consistently friendly and efficient, with some cashiers being really helpful, nice and welcoming, though a few encountered through the drive thru and walk in were rude. The manager, Brittany, ensures the store is well taken care of, clean, and provides very good customer service, with drinks made correctly on a timely matter. The baristas are phenomenal, with one regular noting all of them know their exact drink: a blond roast with a little bit of oat milk. The drive thru is very convenient, and the app makes ordering super convenient. The store has very good wheelchair accessibility for parking and going into the store. Some customers were sad when the store was closed for renovations, expressing a need for their Starbucks.
