“I love this Starbucks. The baristas are always happy and kind. My kids always giggle in the drive thru because of the sweet workers. It’s right by my house so we visit often on the way to work. They’re also great at making their beverages just right. On the rare occasion there’s a mistake — they happily fix it.

“Shoutout to the Starbucks morning staff today, Chris and the team Tuesday morning 12/16/25! I have truly never experienced customer service this outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and made my morning so much better.

“I don’t really come out to Murietta too often but this is my favorite Starbucks out here! I just stopped by at around 12:45PM for a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with blonde ristretto shots and the baristas welcomed me in, wished me well as we left and they wrote the most uplifting message on the cup alongside the cutest drawing of a snail which made me smile and laugh out loud! Thanks for your awesome-ness!“

“We stopped by this Starbucks branch to grab a coffee and some pastries since it’s close to my doctor’s office.

As soon as we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. We were greeted by Becca (I believe that was her name), who was so friendly and sweet!

The barista made my drink perfectly, and we really enjoyed this location because of how clean and inviting it is. Definitely one of the better Starbucks spots we’ve been to!“

I didnt get his name ,but he was a young male, spoke to every customer while they are doing their transportation.

“I tried the blonde shaken brown sugar, espresso iced, and it was really good, but it wasn't strong enough for me and not sweet enough for me so the next time I came in I actually went inside and asked how I could make my drink better and they did perfect. This is the best drink I've ever had, how will I ever drink iced coffee ever again unless it is this? GREAT customer service and clean atmosphere. so happy this is my local store.“

“This is my spot and Nikki is my girl! Bartista, that is! I came in on a Friday after a 16 hour shift and ordered my usual. I handed Nikki a hundred dollar bill and of course the register did not have change. She was still so kind to me and made my coffee order anyway. I have NEVER EVER seen this type of kindness!
