This Starbucks is fantastic. There are a few near my house but I drive here every time. The manager, Jonathan, is one of the best managers in customer service. He has gone out of his way to make orders right if there is a mess up (which is super rare at this store though- they are greqt) and makes you feel welcome at his store. People don't acknowledge the good enough and he deserves some credit! Excellent starbucks location.
So, today, as I was driving through the line to pick up my app order, my van died, short of the order station. I tried to restart and it started and immediately died. I knew others would soon be in line behind me. I put it in neutral, jumped out to push it. A very nice lady pulled in behind me, seeing my dilemma, jumped out and started pushing as well. I love this Starbucks. The baristas are always happy and kind. My kids always giggle in the drive thru because of the sweet workers. It’s right by my house so we visit often on the way to work. They’re also great at making their beverages just right. On the rare occasion there’s a mistake — they happily fix it.Dietary restrictions: Delicious oatmilk drinks!
