The Starbucks location offers a clean atmosphere and great customer service. It has a small indoor area with eight or nine tables, one charging station, and large outdoor seating beside a very busy road. Inside the space is nice and quiet, not loud, and staff are SUPER NICE. Customers can enjoy a coffee, iced coffee, espresso iced, blonde shaken brown sugar, pistachio latte, Pink Drink with light coconut milk, Cafe Latte nonfat, or an everything bagel. The drink menu includes refreshing drinks and a sweet blissful liquid that many describe as the best drink ever. Gift cards can be used in the app, transferred, or deleted with no balances. The staff helps figure out how to use gift cards and explains the ability to consolidate them. Service is fast; coffee is ready in less than a minute and orders are perfect. The spot is a great place to sit down, hang‑out, or work. Between 3:30 and 4:30 p.m. it gets crowded with students from nearby schools, but mornings and after 4:30 p.m. are relaxed. There is no drive‑through, so guests head inside. Parking is easy in the big lot of the shopping area. Staff greet guests when they arrive and thank them when they leave. The location feels like a local store, a fabulous start to the day, and a pleasant afternoon spot on Madison Avenue. Overall the experience is very good with nice people and good coffee. It is a nice spot to go.
