“I haven't been to a Starbucks in years and recently became a Panera fan for about a year. However, after a few stops here, it's now my new favourite place for a coffee and a little bit of respite before work.
The staff here are caring, and try very hard to provide the best service possible. They remembered me after just 2 visits. Their smiles are always big and genuine.
The place is as clean as expected, and the coffee is black and hot.
Cheers to the staff here, making people's day a little better.“
“We take a drive to ortega highway this location is very convenient for me at least , when to the Starbucks on central and to buzy … so this location is a small Starbucks but the service was awesome i even got a puppy chino for mi dodle!!also u can order on the window…. Small well located and fast service… excellent work to the employees working there !!“
“This is for the Starbucks on Riverside and Lakeshore in lake Elsinore. Just amazing, all running getting it done. I walked up to pick up an order, staff was friendly and working so HARD!!! “Drove through Starbucks with our 8 month old pup, Beau, and he was treated to a whipped cream pup cup! Who knew Starbucks did this!?! Beau enjoy his treat as much as my husband and I enjoy ours...ok he may have enjoyed his more 🥤❤️🐾🥤❤️🐾 Thank you, Starbucks, for an unexpected cup of happiness. Victoria was at the window in the morning shout out to her for always making people feel welcomed while still moving the drive thru quickly! You girls are the reason why I choose this store! “Overall great service. I've been going to this Starbucks for years The management team is awesome. I would have given it five stars but there's one employee there that is very rude her name is Alyssa so she may need more training in customer service. My daughter has also come home and expressed to me there's one girl at the Starbucks that's very rude and her name is Alyssa.. I said oh maybe she's having a bad day, we all have those. Then I experienced her rudeness I guess another bad day at 6:00 a.m.
