“You don't need me to review Starbucks - you know what you're getting here, in terms of menu items. Whether its your preferred coffee, or you deem it a good value or not, I won't sway you.\n\nBut I WILL comment on are the people here, who are, as of this writing, excellent. I've visited a good deal of Starbucks around town, and this place easily has my favorite group of baristas. Everyone is helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to interact with.\n\nIt isn't the biggest Starbucks in town, but if you count the patio, there's a good amount of seating. If you're going there to work as I do, you'll appreciate the long high table with power outlets, which is easily the first-claimed seats in the place.“

“I stopped by this Starbucks while I was in the area, and even though it was absolutely packed—probably because of local graduations nearby—the team handled it incredibly well. The service was surprisingly fast despite the crowd, the staff members were super friendly, and the bathrooms were very clean. “I wanted something very cold to drink on a very hot day. I spotted the Starbucks on the corner of a street on my way home so I decided to make a drive thru stop. I ordered a Venti Mocha Frapacchino with keeping some crushed ice in my drink. It came out real tasty. A bit expensive but for what I wanted at the time it was worth it.“

“Drive thru experience this morning was not good at all. Was rushed and not allowed to complete order. Got to window, explained I was not done and attempted to include food order and again rushed and had to interrupt staff member to include another breakfast sandwich.

“I drove from Palm Springs to Riverside to visit my sister and realized I had forgotten to bring a cake and balloon. While driving around, I spotted a Vons and decided to pick up a vanilla cake with strawberry filling and a little balloon to go with the flowers.

Inside, I noticed they had a Starbucks, and since pumpkin spice lattes are finally back in season, I treated myself to one along with a caramel macchiato and a pumpkin loaf for my mom. Everything was absolutely delicious!

What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The cashier/barista and the rest of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. It truly made the stop feel extra special. Thank you ☺️“

“I have had my fair share of bad experiences with mobile ordering at this location. However, today Isaiah provided us with expectational service. After realizing my order went to another nearby store, Isaiah was very helpful in making sure our order was completed at this location. I appreciate his kindness and willingness to help.“

“I live down the street so this is my go to Starbucks. When I was working the regular employees I’d see were absolutely amazing and so kind, not sure where they’re at but I hope they’re doing good in life. “Ok so I hate Starbucks in general lol I’m not big on waste or even the taste of coffee, but when I choose to go they’re nice about my personal cups. And they’re human so they messed up a few different drinks but never denied remaking them for me. There’s a few new people, I understand why they get defensive but honestly you can’t please everyone and they should take it with a grain of salt. I feel like Starbucks culture in general is a prissy bougie societal fail lol but be nice to the workers and you be surprised how much better your drink taste and your experience is. Be prepared to wait it’s not a Starbucks express. Lately my pick up orders have only taken 5-9 mins and that’s VERY reasonable for how busy they are. They’re people, they see you huffing and puffing and rolling your eyes, knock it off. I don’t complain about the workers it’s the PEOPLE that come here that suck. That’s why the atmosphere gets a low rating. Also I love these new fall apple crisp drinks because “f” pumpkin spice.

Dietary restrictions: I don’t like cows milk in my tea or coffee so having so many non dairy options is really nice. I prefer the oatmilk here but often get coconut milk too

Parking: There’s a few spots in the front way more on the drive thru side

Kid-friendliness: Bring your kids they have cake pops lol

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a patio that’s suited for wheelchairs and friends without“

“I have been in a lot of Starbucks in Riverside but this place has a special place in my list of favorites. The high ceiling, the big windows that allow the sun light to reach you while enjoying coffee and the view on the trees surrounding it makes it a distinguished spot. The young people‘s attention to details, with a welcoming smile while taking your order warms your heart. It is not only the good taste of the coffee but also the tireless effort behind the scenes that create an atmosphere that makes you to want to return. I should not forget to point out that they deserve an extra point for keeping their toilets so clean even in the times of high demand!!! Keep up the good job!“

This Starbucks is one of the best-run locations in Riverside. The team here is consistently friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming — even during busy hours. My drink was made perfectly, and the baristas handled the line with great energy and professionalism.

The store itself was clean, well-stocked, and had a comfortable atmosphere whether you’re stopping in to work, meet someone, or just grab a quick coffee. Orders move quickly, but you never feel rushed.

It’s clear this location has strong management and a staff that takes pride in what they do. Definitely a go-to Starbucks when I’m in the area. Great job, La Sierra team! ☕👏“

“I came by last night and ordered a venti ice water. The cashier who helped me was kind and complimented my pink watch. He also gave me a cake pop that was mistakenly prepared. I was having a bad day and this interaction made it better. I didn’t get his name, but he deserves recognition for excellent customer service.“

“I got a iced milk matcha green tea with lavender milk foam on top and an excellent way to try current milk foam for the first time ⏲ it was great didn't take very long to get my drink and it was amazing tasted fancy for just 6.75 for the biggest size so yeah I also felt really good for some reason after I drank it so yeah 10/10“
