I’m not sure what’s going on with this Starbucks location but it’s very inconsistent when it comes to quality of drinks and service. I went here the first time and they absolutely butchered my drink. I went today since it was close to my final destination. Janelly or Janell (sorry I couldn’t get a good look at her name tag) is super sweet though, great service :)!
Close and great to meet friends for coffee here
The managers are so kind and so helpful! Thank you Starbucks !

Starbucks Coffee Company is a well-run location in Riverside, often described as one of the best. The store is new, clean, and well-stocked with a comfortable atmosphere. It is noted for being nicely open, not feeling crowded, and having a nice indoor space to work. The decor includes nice wall photos of the original Seattle location. There is a big drive-thru and an outdoor patio seating area.
The team and baristas are consistently friendly, fast, genuinely welcoming, kind, and personable. They provide super friendly and great service with great energy and professionalism, even during busy hours at 4:05 am. Orders move quickly inside for pick-up, and drinks are made perfectly and consistently great. A specific drink mentioned is the Caramel frappe, though it is noted as being on the sweeter side. The chai tea latte with soy has been called the best ever. While the drive-thru can be a little slow during busy hours, inside service is timely. On one occasion, a drink was not great but was promptly and happily remade. However, another experience mentioned a slow mobile pick-up order and a cold croissant even when requested warmed.
The location has strong management and a staff that takes pride in their work. It is a go-to Starbucks for many, offering a genuinely welcoming experience whether stopping in to work, meet someone, or just grab a quick coffee.
