“I come to this Starbucks almost every day, and it’s always a great experience. The coffee is consistently delicious, and the service is excellent. Every staff member is friendly, welcoming, and always makes me feel appreciated. They work hard to keep everything clean and running smoothly, even when it’s busy. I genuinely love this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great coffee and an amazing team! Thank you Guys😊“

“Went to the drive thru and the employee who was on the intercom was so friendly and sweet and patient with me. I just had surgery a few weeks ago and this is my first time getting coffee and I had alot of questions about what I wanted and he took the time to answer me throughly and gave me the correct answers. He was amazing!“

“Baristas here are so welcoming and attentive. Very clean. I come almost every morning before work and on weekends with my kids. Always run into Julio who is always so cheerful and inviting. My Daughter looks forward to seeing him every time we visit ☺

“On 3 December 2025 at approximately 9:00 pm or earlier I swung by the drive thru and ordered an extra large black coffee with lite ice (I have yet to remember the size names). The young lady at the window showed a bit of unexpected kindness that I was not prepared for nor am I used to. I politely declined but she insisted and I went about my way. Feeling terrible about her gesture I returned les than 15 mins later went inside and left a tip and stated to her I didn't deserve the kind gesture. As I left she called out for me from the drive thru window and asked if I was ok. I mumbled something that escapes me at the moment and continued to my car and drove away. The point of this review to apologize to that young lady for my behavior. I've never been comfortable with people doing nice things for me. I am too embarrassed to return to apologize, so hopefully this somehow makes it to her. Perhaps in a few months when my face is forgotten I can return. Thanks again to that young lady for showing kindness and don't let a-holes like me dim that light!“

“Honestly I’m not sure why this Starbucks has such bad ratings when this is my local Starbucks, meaning I go here almost every other day. Therefore I’m not sure why there is such bad ratings, yes they sometimes take a bit when they’re busy, other than that I’ve never had an issue with this Starbucks. If anything they make the drinks with more intent, they make them to perfection, like I said I come here often and the drinks are always made delicious as well as their pastries. Staff is always helpful, funny, and attentive. I fricken love my local starbies!!! Y’all always make my day! Loved the Mr.Worldwide day lol.“

I accidentally went to the wrong location, but they still remade my drink with no hesitation and the best attitude, especially that early in the morning. Kind, patient, and just genuinely good energy.

“Great coffee and food and they've finally started filling the cup all the way, like every time. I get coffee about 5 times a week and there for a while the cup would only be ¾ the way full, maybe enough people complained they changed their policy to actually fill it up, I mean we pay enough already at least give us what we've paid for. Speaking of that I do think they are way over priced specially now that they don't have buy one get one or any other kind of specials aside of maybe a free cup of coffee, not for specialized coffee like cappuccinos etc. Which has made me think about finding somewhere else or making it myself just because of that. But I do really like their cappuccinos, lattes and frappuccinos, I even like their cream drinks.
Please bring back the specials, with as much as you charge you can afford a special every now and then.“

“We LOVE this Starbucks! Weenie hut jr is my service dog and they always go out of their way for him. Jesse personalizes his pup cups. 🌹🌹We love Jesse. They always know it’s me and they always have a cup of ice and a pup cup when they see weenie in the drive thru. Love these baristas so much!

Edit: Weenie hut jr loves Angela lol she makes the best pup cups! She even draws super cute pictures on the cups. Thank you Angela for being one of the best parts of our experience at Starbucks ❤️❤️❤️“

“Had to complete my civil duties and the days I have gone, the gentleman in the drive thru window made my day. Initiated conversation, handed me my cold brew, such a small encounter changed everything for me. Thank you for the heartwarming experience with enlighteneing my day. Definitely a first pick for me. “Love this place! I have THREE Starbucks within a mile of my house and I go the extra bit just to come here. Please don’t ever change and become scrimpy like all the other locations. They’ve made my drinks perfect every single time I’ve come. People were very friendly.“

A huge shout-out to Lexy for always being super friendly and interactive while remaining professional. She somehow always gets my drink exactly right every single time, and you can tell she genuinely cares about customer experience instead of just going through the motions. Small things like that really make a difference after a long day.

“From all the Starbucks I have been through in San Bernardino. This is my favorite one. Every one there is very friendly and kind. They have great customer service and even if drive thru is packed . It goes by fast. It's Starbucks I need it to get me through my day. And I have the patience to wait in line. Just to see all the batistas happy to see you. They always greet you with a smile ?“
