Starbucks in Fontana

“I didn’t see this before I drove off but whoever did this really made our day! Thank you! Please give this person a raise !! Also the guy that took our order was very kind and patient, I really wish I took down names but I don’t remember.“

“So, we stopped in for a quick snack and drinks
Upon entering there was an employee behind the counter, we got in line, and an employee came from behind the counter and they walked in front of us and the employee behind the counter took their order first. The employee who placed the order then went back and made herself a drink. I felt that was completely not ok. Employees should not cut in line, I mean, come on, it wasn't even busy. Around 1:30pm January 7th. I only ordered for my kids and did not get more because of this.“

“I would like to thank the crew and recognize Dillon in particular for his attentive nature. I ordered a frappe and noticed a customer left a cup of water so I said can I just get that one? Dillon and the drive thru girl , in a nice manner , said “well it’s been sitting for an hour how about I get you a fresh one? “ I said it’s ok I’m good . When they call my order up what do I see? My drink and a fresh cup of ice water .. wow good stuff crew“

“We stopped here to get some caffeine for our drive back to Arizona and my kids had to use the restroom. The guy who took our order Joseph- was so nice and personable. He noticed my daughter looking at the treats and when he gave us our drink he also gave my daughter a free cake pop. It was so sweet and unexpected and made my daughter’s day! We will now be making this Starbucks a regular stop when we drive between LA and Phoenix. It’s right next to Costco gas so a perfect place to fill up 😊 bathrooms were nice and clean too and my drink was made perfectly“

“It was good, but it was very slow service when we were the only people in the store, we stood at the register for 5 minutes before our order got taken. It was very good when we got our order, I love their vanilla bean Frap with carmel drizzle. So, for anyone that's never been, I recommend that. Was very good and would probably come back. Would recommend.“

“Shout out to Bailey (I hope I got her name right) she was servicing the drive through today around 1:20pm and she was amazing, friendly, kind, def. brightened my day. My order was taking a bit and she struck up a conversation that felt organic and not forced not scripted! Great customer service!!“

“Good Starbucks location to do homework or office work. Plenty of seating and tables to accommodate 1 or 2 or more. I showed up at approximately 1:30pm. Place was not busy and was quiet inside. I could easily do my work and hold a conversation.“

“I am completely always satisfied leaving this starbucks. The girl with the pink hair i believe her name is Elliot, she is the most sweetest human being, everytime i come she gives my order. She also explain to me about the different matchas since i told her it was my very first
time trying😊 It’s hard to experience this at different places now a days!“

“I've been coming here for years and they've never let me down. The staff are pleasant and prompt. They have a timer that counts how long it takes for each cars order in the drive thru. I watched as the timer continued to read approximately 45 seconds per car. That's impressive. The store is clean and the process is efficient.“

Parking: Not an issue but some people like to pull up in the red area. I guess the extra 10 feet is too luch for them.
