“Friendly staff greets us as we walk in the door , contemporary furniture setting, open space indoor abs outdoor seating options. Plenty of parking spaces available. My first time trying the coconut dragon fruit drink ( can’t recall the name) it’s pretty tasty not overly sweet and the best part were the freeze dried crunchy dragon fruit bits .“

“I come here a lot to get my work done and omd do i get my work done very quickly and can focus. Genuinely the BEST starbucks i mean Employees are awesome and amazing very nice and attentive. Don't be surprised when your drink is good 😭😭“

“Solid Starbucks if you're in the area - this cafe is located in the same shopping center as the Costco Business Center/gas station near the Ontario airport. I was staying at the Springhill Suites across the street, and wanted something more substantial than the coffee served at their breakfast.

Ordered via the Starbucks app, but opted to stay in their spacious lobby to get out of the sweltering heatwave blanketing Southern California right now.

My drink was waiting for me as I pulled up into their spacious parking lot. They share the space with a few other businesses - but the lot is massive - no issue finding space at all. There's also a drive thru connected to this Starbucks too if you want to avoid melting while leaving your car.

Service was prompt and efficient! The friendly baristas greeted me as I walked in and kept the cafe spotlessly clean! They even drew a little drawing on my coffee cup!

Lots of seating and small tables - perfect for a quick bite and getting some work done!

Next door to Poki Bowl - another awesome gem in this shopping center if you're looking for a quick bite - BYO fresh poke bowl!“

“I really enjoy this Starbucks location. The staff consistently greets customers with a smile, which creates a welcoming atmosphere right away. They also play relaxing music in the background, which makes it a pleasant place to sit, unwind, or focus while working.

There are about seven tables available, so it’s a comfortable spot to bring a laptop or meet a friend. The service is very good and the team seems attentive and efficient. I also appreciate that this location has a drive-through, which makes it convenient when you’re in a hurry. Overall, it’s a welcoming and enjoyable place to stop for coffee.“

“I had such an incredible experience at this Starbucks! Every single person (especially Anthony) working there was kind, welcoming, professional, and unbelievably spectacular. You can truly feel the positive energy the moment you walk in. Even during a busy rush, the team handled everything with smiles and genuine care for their customers.

It’s rare to find a place where the staff makes such a lasting impression, but this team absolutely did. They turned a simple coffee stop into the highlight of my day. The drinks were perfect, the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was warm and uplifting. I seriously love these people so much; they deserve all the recognition in the world for the amazing work they do.

“I have been going to this Starbucks for a long time. They always get my order right and service is always amazing! I would always get the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappucino. Along with either a Mocha Frap or a Iced Chai Tea Latte. I love how I can always customize my drink so it has no dairy. The atmosphere there is always inviting and welcoming. I have never had a bad experience with service here.“

“Great service from the staff. There's usually only one or two members working at a time whenever I've been, so expect a wait. However, they always work fast and you'll be through the line before you know it. Always like ending my target trips here.“

“This Starbucks place is located inside of Target building in the Vineyard Freeway Center and today is the grand opening of this store. Starbucks is such a brand that doesn’t require any introduction. Like other Starbucks stores, this store also serves hot and cold drinks, whole-bean coffee, micro-ground instant coffee known such as VIA, Espresso, Caffe Latte, full and loose-leaf teas including Teavana tea products. They also serve Evolution Fresh juices, Frappuccino beverages, La Boulange pastries, and snacks including items such as chips and crackers. They also sell pre-packaged food items, hot and cold sandwiches, and drinkware including mugs and tumblers. In terms of taste and price, it can be said that Starbucks is just Starbucks; so, there’s nothing to say about taste and price. This store is clean and nicely organized. Their overall service is good as well as appreciable.“

“this location is great for very friendly/kind staff and fast service. i once came here in the morning and the drive thru had about 5 cars in front of me but the line cleared out in about 2-3 minutes, super impressive! i recommend this place.“

“Grant was amazing. I think he’s the manager and if he’s not he should be! He assisted his team 100%! He kindly served me while he got his team ice. After me he took the trash out and washed his hands ! To me he’s the leader they need! The manager taking responsibility and being amazing at it!“

“At another Starbucks, they made 2 of my drinks incorrectly, then they tried to fix it but with no success 2nd time. Came here to San Antonio and explained the mishap. Girl at front desk was wonderful, great service and re-made both drinks to perfection. Definitely our go-to from now on.“

“4 stars just because I got a mango- dragonfruit with limonade and I got more ice than the drink. This happened several times in different starbucks. I've seen how they make the drink, put the ice on the cup and then they trow away the rest of the drink from the blender.
I think they should really use the common sense at the time to serve, and stop waiting drinks just to serve ice.“

“First off, I am a nightshift nurse and caffeine is essential especially after having a rough couple of days. With that being said; I had gone to a Starbucks in Brea to grab coffee for my longggg 45 min to an hour drive to work. I had ordered an iced hazelnut shaken espresso with oat milk and 4 pumps of white mocha. After being rushed out of their drive thru, I made my way onto the freeway only to realize within the first two sips… the drink was a regular iced shaken espresso with 4 pumps white mocha. With saddening news, I am lactose intolerant so I couldnt even muster up the courage to drink it 😭. Stopped by this starbucks in hopes they’d be able to remake my drink. And to make my day better, they did without hesitation. Even decorated my cup so cute! The man at the drive thru was very kind and did not make me feel guilty about having them remake my drink. I should have gotten his name, but he was tall with glasses and the sweetest soul! If youre the guy that worked on May 28th at 6 pm working the drive through. THANK YOU. And thank you to the team as well. Very much appreciated and thank you for making the world a better place ! 🫶🏼“

“I stopped by the Starbucks drive-thru today to grab a Matcha Latte, and it was such a pleasant experience. The barista was incredibly friendly and cheerful, the service was quick, and there was almost no line — just perfect. The Matcha Latte was smooth, creamy, and perfectly fitting for the season. It’s always nice when a simple stop like this leaves such a good vibe. Glad I came by. See you again soon!“

“I have been going to this location for years due to my job. I love it here they really never disappoint when it comes to my drinks and certain baristas. I have had a few bad experiences but not with the regulars. Some late drinks here and there but for the most part they have been great.

“The new place is nice, but they keep messing up certain things on the drinks. I've received my drinks with little or no sugar/sweetener a few times. It's not always all the time (and sometimes only 1 of 2 or 3 drinks ordered), but it's still pretty frequent that I'm going to stop going there for a while. There are other little things like too much ice, not enough of coco milk or scoop of fruits even when asked but it all adds up and I hate to order an item all the while expecting for something to go wrong.

The workers are nice and professional though and it is a new place so it's never too busy either inside or the drive-thru.

edit: For a starbucks, it's much better now. I never have any issues with the drinks. Over the past years, the workers have been friendly and professional. The inside is small, but there's a covered patio with plenty of space. It can get pretty busy, especially the drive thru, but you're not left waiting too long. It's my go-to starbucks when I want something quick and refreshing.“

“I’m a faithful customer and look forward to my coffee in the morning. I went to get my coffee today at 4:45 am and the guy at the register was very rude. My coffee was half full. $7.70 for a coffee that is half way filled and cold, no good morning, no have a good day, thank you for your service is bad service , not a way to start your morning. To spend that much nit a full cup and not even a greeting. If you don’t like your job leave for someone else who really wants to be there.“
