Starbucks in Ontario

“As soon as I entered, the design was very modern and nice.

Plenty of seats.

Fast workers.

Got my drink in a short amount of time for the amount of people in front of me.

There was an immediate line after I entered. Seemed like a busy starbucks but they seem to be very organized.

Good parking.

It was a pleasant visit. And im visiting from WA state.“

“I come to this Starbucks locations often since its the closest location to my house. I normally go through the drive thru but went in cause I had an issue with a reward on the app. I was suppose to get a $3 handcrafted drinks but there was no way to somehow redeem it. One of the workers tried to figuire it out himself but couldn't either. I forget his name, he looked like a manager or maybe even the franchise owner, not sure. He asked what I wanted and told him I usually get a matcha blend with whip cream. He had one of the other workers make it for me on the house! I was like, wow! Thankyou so much! This location has also the most friendliest workers and also go above and beyond.“

“This is my favorite Starbucks because they have the best baristas around. Not only do they always get my order right, they are professional, friendly, have excellent customer service and some of the sweetest people I get to interact with. They are all extremely kind to me and my grandbabies and I love my little notes I get on my cups. It is always a pleasure seeing them. “This is my first time here and let me tell you Tedi very nice and very helpful . Had a big smile even thoe she was working on Christmas Day. Was patient with me ordering. I have gone to another Starbucks in Ontario and very bad customer service, they where very rude. I will coming to this Starbucks from today on. Malia store Manager was very nice polite and all the time with a big smile. Love how her being a manager was nice and greeting us with a big smile“

“The Early Morning Crew Rocks!!!

I stayed at the Element a few minutes away from this Starbucks location. Three days in a row, I ordered food and drinks from this location early in the morning. The staff were great, and made my drinks fairly quickly and had my food ready in minutes. Despite the drive-thru being busy, my orders were made in a reasonable amount of time. Daisy and her team were friendly and professional, and I would order from this location again.“

“Great Starbucks location. The staff is always friendly and the service is quick. The drinks are consistently made well and the place has a nice relaxed atmosphere.
It is a good spot to grab a coffee, meet someone, or just sit for a bit and get some work done. Overall a reliable Starbucks with great service.“

“This Starbucks place is located inside of Target building in the Vineyard Freeway Center and today is the grand opening of this store. Starbucks is such a brand that doesn’t require any introduction. Like other Starbucks stores, this store also serves hot and cold drinks, whole-bean coffee, micro-ground instant coffee known such as VIA, Espresso, Caffe Latte, full and loose-leaf teas including Teavana tea products. They also serve Evolution Fresh juices, Frappuccino beverages, La Boulange pastries, and snacks including items such as chips and crackers. They also sell pre-packaged food items, hot and cold sandwiches, and drinkware including mugs and tumblers. In terms of taste and price, it can be said that Starbucks is just Starbucks; so, there’s nothing to say about taste and price. This store is clean and nicely organized. Their overall service is good as well as appreciable.“

“The new place is nice, but they keep messing up certain things on the drinks. I've received my drinks with little or no sugar/sweetener a few times. It's not always all the time (and sometimes only 1 of 2 or 3 drinks ordered), but it's still pretty frequent that I'm going to stop going there for a while. There are other little things like too much ice, not enough of coco milk or scoop of fruits even when asked but it all adds up and I hate to order an item all the while expecting for something to go wrong.

The workers are nice and professional though and it is a new place so it's never too busy either inside or the drive-thru.

edit: For a starbucks, it's much better now. I never have any issues with the drinks. Over the past years, the workers have been friendly and professional. The inside is small, but there's a covered patio with plenty of space. It can get pretty busy, especially the drive thru, but you're not left waiting too long. It's my go-to starbucks when I want something quick and refreshing.“

“I stopped by the Starbucks drive-thru today to grab a Matcha Latte, and it was such a pleasant experience. The barista was incredibly friendly and cheerful, the service was quick, and there was almost no line — just perfect. The Matcha Latte was smooth, creamy, and perfectly fitting for the season. It’s always nice when a simple stop like this leaves such a good vibe. Glad I came by. See you again soon!“

“The staff at Philadelphia and Grove are amazing!! No matter what shift it is morning afternoon or evening they are all welcoming and they bring positive vibes while serving the amazing menu items that you have to offer!! “Service was excellent at this location. Everyone is friendly, and even though it was very busy on the days that I went, it was well-staffed. 4 stars because this location has maybe four tables, all with extremely uncomfortable flat wooden chairs. Maybe it's by design and they don't want people staying to enjoy their coffee/food, I don't know, but the furniture in this location is probably the most unwelcoming I've seen in any Starbucks.“

“Great service from the staff. There's usually only one or two members working at a time whenever I've been, so expect a wait. However, they always work fast and you'll be through the line before you know it. Always like ending my target trips here.“

“I have been going to this location for years due to my job. I love it here they really never disappoint when it comes to my drinks and certain baristas. I have had a few bad experiences but not with the regulars. Some late drinks here and there but for the most part they have been great.

“I've never had a bad experience at a Starbucks. I'm from the east coast so I was hard core Dunkin' Donuts girl. But I gotta tell ya this was the best service!! Eric is super cool!! He took our order with personality and charm! I was a barista for over 10 years and I know how challenging it can get. For his first time I window he was fantastic! Keep up the good work Eric! “I order the same exact drink about 6 days a week. I go to about 5 different Starbucks, this is the only Starbucks that constantly gets my drink exactly the way I like it! It doesn't matter if I come at different times of day! Thank you!“

“4 stars just because I got a mango- dragonfruit with limonade and I got more ice than the drink. This happened several times in different starbucks. I've seen how they make the drink, put the ice on the cup and then they trow away the rest of the drink from the blender.
I think they should really use the common sense at the time to serve, and stop waiting drinks just to serve ice.“

“At another Starbucks, they made 2 of my drinks incorrectly, then they tried to fix it but with no success 2nd time. Came here to San Antonio and explained the mishap. Girl at front desk was wonderful, great service and re-made both drinks to perfection. Definitely our go-to from now on.“
