“I've been to all the Starbucks in Ontario, and this is by far the best one. My wife is very stingy about her chai tea lattes and she repeatedly tells me how amazing they make it here. In theory, all Starbucks should be the same, but every drink we've gotten here has been significantly better than all the ones in the area, including the nearby one on Archibald, the one inside Vons, the one on Limonite and all the other ones in a 10 mile radius. If you want great service, great food, and great drinks, go here! Whoever is the manager, your team is awesome and we appreciate their hard work!“
“Super clean. Very friendly staff. The overall atmosphere is great. I came to this store after visiting a different location on my way home, that may have just been having an off day. I needed a new drink. Taeylor ( I really hope I spelled that right) and the rest of the ladies on shift made it right. I worked at Starbucks for 12 years, so I know what it means to have that kind of attitude with customers. To have such a great attitude from all on staff, hats off to you all.“
“First off, the baristas are always so nice here. Second, the drinks always come out perfect. Thirdly, they are super efficient in the mornings and I never have to worry about waiting forever for my drinks on the way to work. This morning I asked one of the baristas to make me whatever their favorite iced drink is, and let me tell you... it is the best iced espresso drink I have ever tried! I forgot to get the baristas name, but you know who you are! Thank you soooo much.“
“Oddly enough, I got the nerve to go to another Starbucks location from the one unarchibald. This one's on Grove was helped by Angie with a smile and service. That is appreciated the manager here at this particular location. Is worlds apart from the other? I recommend this location? Good smiles, good service, and quick product.“

“EFFICIENT STAFF w/ GREAT SERVICE! I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service here at the Milliken Starbucks! It's a busy area, surrounded by businesses, stores, Toyota Arena, and Ontario Mills and this is one of the best franchises I've visited. The location is quite quiet and features plenty of seating. Several professionals were working in this Starbucks as it's pretty quiet. You don't need to pop your headphones in, of course it's an option though! But I'm serious it's a chilled out environment. The staff also knew the menu well and took the initiative in asking if my drink required any modifications without me asking. The food was also great, I recommend the spinach and tomato sandwich as a quick snack or lunch. Oh and it's clean! I'll be returning!“
“Regular customer, but I’m hoping they can fill the drinks up all the way ): I get my matcha hot with no foam and ask for it to be filled up all the way, I would think that they can adjust measurements to do so?? But each time I’ve gotten it it’s only 70% filled. Most times they add steam milk to top off but it just ends up tasting like milk and when I ask they seem to have a bit of attitude.“
“Wanted to leave a lil quick review because I think these guys/gals went above and beyond today on our order. Daughter (14yrs old) made an online order while we were driving to go back home. She didn't noticed she messed the order up til we got to the store. It was a lil confusing but we explained to the gentleman at the register what our problem was and I wasn't understanding what my daughter was saying to correct. He did. He fixed the order before it came out and understands the language of confusing stressed teen who don't know how to order. I was impressed. Then, my nephew (11) did not like his drink. It was a new drink to him, pink drink, made in a special way he wanted.. He did not like it at all. Trying not to complain he was trying to put it down. I saw his reactions to every sip and suggested we get a new one even if I had to buy another drink. Went back to the counter where a lady received us. We told her the drink was made correct but just didn't sit well with my nephew. She went ahead and made him a totally different drink for no charge. Now my nephew is happy again. They made my confusion easier, straightened out our mobile order, made a new drink after it was already all done and delivered to us. All at no extra charge for our shenanigans. “Im not a starbies chick but when I do go I always get the same drink and it's delicious every time. Fist time at this location and listen I don't know who made my drink but they put their big toe in it!!! My drink was hitting different 10/10“
“The nearest Starbucks location from our house. So far we’ve come to this place a couple of times and we ordered coffee, food and drinks both inside and drive-thru. The inside of this place is fairly clean and the ambiance is also nice. They have limited seating capacity. Like other Starbucks locations, this location also serves hot and cold drinks, whole-bean coffee, micro-ground instant coffee known such as VIA, Espresso, Caffe Latte, full and loose-leaf teas including Teavana tea products. They also serve Evolution Fresh juices, Frappuccino beverages, La Boulange pastries, and snacks including items such as chips and crackers. They also sell pre-packaged food items, hot and cold sandwiches, banana bread, kale & mushroom egg bites and drinkware including mugs and tumblers. In terms of taste, I want to say Starbucks is just Starbucks; so, there’s nothing to say about taste. The price is affordable. Their overall service is also appreciable and we have no complaints about their service.“
“This is the mountain Avenue at 60 Freeway. It's the most horrible location for Starbucks. If you're going north on mountain if there's any kind of traffic the only way you get through is because it's on the street that says keep clear, but we know we get those drivers that will block it. Anytime I have to go here I do pick up inside. Otherwise you have a long drive-thru to wait and if your drinks already been made it gets to you melty. But when my regular Starbucks cannot make a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino because they're out of all the stuff to make it, then I will do at this store“

“Nice and clean. Great service, everyone works as a team. Parking is a juggle, as you compete with other businesses customers looking for the same. My advice. .. phone/app/Web etc.. walk in maybe a few min depending on order numbers. Drive thru is also an option.Parking: Depends on time of day. The parking lot is HUGE, but a lot of people like to be door to door. Some like to walk and don't mind parking a few rows over. “They always get my mobile order correct and it's ready to pick up when the app says it is. I feel the drinks at this location taste better than the surrounding Starbucks. The coffee based drinks taste fresh vs other locations having a burnt taste.“
