“I just wanted to recognize Emily Perez for the amazing customer service she provided today. I understand that the drive-thru is meant to be quick and convenient, especially when there’s a long line, so I really appreciated how helpful and kind she was. Even though it was very busy, Emily took the time to assist me without making me feel rushed. She stayed patient, friendly, and professional the entire time, and her positive attitude truly stood out. “The manager Marcella and her team are crushing it. I am a regular here at this location and choose this locate over others due to the customer service and that I’m less likely to have any issues with my order here compared to many other Starbucks. Whether going through the drive through or walking in, the staff is quick, accurate, friendly and the facility is well maintained. Definitely have seen a change here while Marcella has been running the show.“

“I was disappointed at L.A. and Texas Starbucks, which never had my order right—substituting coconut syrup for coconut milk. Blah! However, not only did this Starbucks (the first ever) offer me a perfect “dry” cappuccino; their pink fruit energizer slushie was perfect on a hot day. There are a variety of seats: covered patio, bistro, and barstools. Thankfully, the washrooms aren’t locked with keys behind the counter. The service was wonderfully friendly, to beat the extreme heat. It’s located right off the highway/one exit South of busy shopping & dining establishments. If you want drive-through or a place to work in silence, here’s a place for you to enjoy real refreshment!“

“This is my favorite Starbucks and this is coming from someone who has been to a lot. The baristas here make the best drinks, whatever you get it's guaranteed to be amazing. Every time I go there whether it's drive thru or inside, they are always so welcoming and nice. Definitely a big part in why I come back. If you want your drink exactly the way you asked and be around some nice people, GO HERE.“
