Starbucks in Eastvale

“I came here often and almost always had great connections with the partners who work the drive-thru. I especially like Emily, the young man with the curly light brown hair, a girl with glasses who is usually on bar and waves to me, and the young lady who helped me today. One of them wrote “Have a Passionate Day” on my Passion Tango tea which is my usual drink and it made me smile :)

I will avoid coming into the cafe moving forward as one of the young ladies who works the front cafe isn’t very friendly. Our last couple of interactions were lackluster and she is dismissive.“

“Micah made my drink and Kathy took my order. Let me tell you. I was in the mood for something a little different and they came up with an out of this world drink. The mixed my favorite caramel ribbon crunch with the new and popular s’mores frap. Wow this drink was just what i needed. Thank you both for making the end of my shopping experience at target so much better with a custom Starbucks drink.“

“I love this starbucks so much. It is right near my school and I am constantly there. The service can be slow at time but it's just very busy. Great place and I LOVE it so much. Also the workers are great there are tens of kids there everyday and the workers are still kind to them when they are obnoxious❤“

This particul location the rep named Bella was outstanding in her service . She was so sweet and patiently heard to what we wanted to order and really gave attention to our preference on suggesting a juice for my son with low sugar and also she made sure he liked it .. the first he didn’t so she made it again .“

“Brian is very kind and goes above and beyond customer service. Me and my boyfriend live in Rancho and we come all the way here to receive great customer service, warm food, and the best drinks. We could go to any Starbucks but decide to come here because they always make sure we’re taken care of. Nothing but positivity and big smiles. Stop by, won’t regret it. Also I want to complement Matt, he provides the best customer service on the showroom floor from greeting you to making sure you get your drink and food the way you ordered! Again above and beyond.
