“6/8/26 Yesterday around 5pm I went to buy my coffee and the person that was there was very rude. I ordered three shots of blonde espresso, extra oat milk, I specifically told the girl extra oat milk because the espresso is very strong, and they gave me my coffee wrong, also I asked for water and the girl gave me an attitude, when Starbucks is supposed to have “good service”, it’s pretty sad they acted like that because it wasn’t the first time. But for me now it’s gonna be the last time.“
“I moved to Chino Hills, CA, about a year ago to be closer to my family after living in Jensen Beach, FL. My favorite drink is the Matcha Green Tea Latte from Starbucks, and I've visited many Starbucks locations in this area.
Unfortunately, I often experienced poor customer service. The employees seemed unhappy, and it made the visits less enjoyable.
But finally, I found this location. This is only my second visit, and I already know it will be my favorite Starbucks. The team is genuinely friendly, they greet you with a smile, and the service is truly outstanding.
It's not just about getting a drink—it's about having a wonderful experience and feeling welcomed and valued as a customer.
Thank you for making such a positive difference. I'll definitely be back!“

Claudia from starbucks resolved my issue same day on 7/11 for the breakfast sandwich replacement for next day. This is still my go-to coffee when I'm in the office.

Today, I got the breakfast and coffee pairing deal for $6 but what disappointed me was the bacon was not well cooked. Still white and not crunchy. I hope they can improve their food prep in better and safe way for customer. This is my go to place for coffee during my work day.
This is my go-to Starbucks location if I need coffee because it's close to my workplace. They're right next to MCD, so I can grab a quick breakfast or lunch and pair with my coffee. So far, they've never made a mistake on my drink, and unlike other stores, I always get the trenta vanilla sweet cream cold brew.“
“Perfect morning pit stop! Located right off the 71 FWY on Rio Ranch Rd and Rancho Camino Dr (near WinCo), this spot is super convenient. They have plenty of parking, a clean inside lobby, and a quick drive-thru. I stopped by early for a caffeine boost and the 'hot Sunsera Blend/Blond Roast' was perfectly fresh. Huge shout out to Vanessa at the window...she was so welcoming and efficient!
Overall, I had a great experience at this location and will definitely stop here again.“
“This is a pretty run-of-the-mill Starbucks location it's about what you would expect and it services North Pomona and the Route 66 area here.
In the past they once messed up our order by not adding ANY syrup! 🤣
But besides that past error experience they always have pretty good drinks!
I like coming here to catch up with people or just to get a quick drink.
The baristas are kind and do their jobs well.
My mom got the blackberry sage drink and it's very delicious!
My matcha latte is also very good.
In the past I had the peppermint hot cocoa at this location, and it was also delicious.

“Just did a drive-through window purchase. No matter where I find a Star Bucks, I know they have good quality food, for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or just for a snack. Today, we bought the cake pops - chocolate cake on a stick, after the successful first swim lessons this year for my 2 grandkids.“
“I was looking for a quiet place to get some work done with reliable Wi-Fi, and this Starbucks turned out to be exactly what I needed. It was calmer than I expected, making it easy to sit down, open my laptop, and focus for a while.
I ordered the Iced Mango Cream Chai, but it wasn't really my taste—it was a bit too sweet for me. Next time, I'll probably stick with a latte.

“Came here to this location for the 1st time! Stopped in here as a result of the Baqba Pomona Grand Opening! I was able to purchase online order of Iced Chai tea latte, sit here for a bit and use the restroom. The service here was good and I did let them know I had my personal cup. The place was clean inside and outside. I loved the huge paintings on the wall in here. My drink was made really good! Recommend if you're in the area!“
“Many of the other reviews simply complain about how busy this location is. Since this is a college Starbucks, it's understandable that it takes time to get your order. However, that’s not the main point of my review. Personally, I enjoy this Starbucks. The staff are friendly, and the store is clean. I do wish the wallpaper on the walls would be repaired, as it is falling apart. Overall, I would rate this Starbucks an 8 out of 10.“
“This is genuinely the best starbucks I've been to. The staff is always so friendly, inside the building is really cozy and there are often plenty of people hanging out there. I've seen some reviews that said modifications aren't allowed, but I've personally never had that experience here. We always ask for modifications and the staff dutifully adds them. They are very patient and efficient --which is surprising considering how busy they get in the morning! The coffee is pretty consistent in quality, sometimes a little eh, but we can't be perfect every day. Overall, awesome.“
