This Starbucks Coffee Company location is a pretty run-of-the-run Starbucks, servicing North Pomona and the Route 66 area. The location looks great, and it is spacious. The interior atmosphere is very good, like a Starbucks. The drive thru lanes needs to be well defined, so there is no issue where the line starts. The drive thru was pretty busy but efficient. The baristas are kind and do their jobs well. Everyone is so kind, remembering favorite drinks and food items. The fun friendly banter of them noticing someone is running late for work is a great way to start the day. Drinks were great. The blackberry sage drink is very delicious. The matcha latte is also very good. The peppermint hot cocoa was also delicious. In the past they once messed up an order by not adding ANY syrup. It was disappointing that a coffee contained coffee grounds, and they used the wrong non diary milk. As a grand opening day, the quality was low. They did not open the restroom for too long. The space was large and spacious enough to put in more tables and chairs. This location is great to hang out and work because they have nice outdoor seating and the inside looks clean. There is a wheelchair ramp and the door is sufficiently wide to fit a wheelchair.
