I moved to Chino Hills, CA, about a year ago to be closer to my family after living in Jensen Beach, FL. My favorite drink is the Matcha Green Tea Latte from Starbucks, and I've visited many Starbucks locations in this area.
Unfortunately, I often experienced poor customer service. The employees seemed unhappy, and it made the visits less enjoyable.

Used to prefer going to this location, but have noticed the quality of service decline. Drive-thru display hasn’t worked to show what your order is for a while, employees used to be friendlier asking for your name before taking your drive-thru order, and the last time I went there the barista handed me my drink at the drive-thru window with her hand on the part of the lid that comes in contact with my mouth. Starbucks Coffee Company is a clean location with friendly staff. Customers love to come here, noting it is a perfect spot to work or hang out. The baristas are friendly, and the chairs are comfy with lots of practical tables for work. The music jam is great. The service is fast, with drinks ready in about 5 minutes. The WiFi is strong for standard web browsing, and there are 2 private restrooms. One customer had a very happy teen after visiting this location at 10:02 pm on a Saturday, as it honors its hours of operation and the full menu was available including food. A barista named Gabriel provided epic customer service with a great recommendation. Another barista, Breeana with the glasses, is always professional, never gets items wrong, and is helpful, funny, and has positive energy. Her amazing customer service and sweet personality brighten the day. The drive thru is open but requires entering at the alley, not the street.
