6/8/26 Yesterday around 5pm I went to buy my coffee and the person that was there was very rude. I ordered three shots of blonde espresso, extra oat milk, I specifically told the girl extra oat milk because the espresso is very strong, and they gave me my coffee wrong, also I asked for water and the girl gave me an attitude, when Starbucks is supposed to have “good service”, it’s pretty sad they acted like that because it wasn’t the first time. I look forward to getting my coffee here every morning. The staff is so friendly, nice and always gets my drink order right. I come in with my fur baby and she is always offered a pup cup which she loves.
I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Paulina, Anthony and Sergio for the incredible service they gave on Saturday. I had ordered a latte in addition to a brownie and both the drink and food items were PERFECT! The drive thru and pickup areas are kept spotless in addition to the inside of the store. The fact that they are able to process so many orders that are above standards, but also do so with GREAT customer service.
