This Starbucks Coffee Company location is considered the best in the area, with open floor plan, plenty of tables and chairs, great internet reception, and very clean. The staff provides excellent hospitality and service. Barista Annie is welcoming, friendly, courteous, attentive, and helpful with wonderful public relations skills. Brian is very kind and goes above and beyond customer service. Matt provides the best customer service on the showroom floor from greeting to ensuring the drink and food are ordered correctly. Lala not only made the most perfect drink but also drew Michael Myers on a special cup. Store manager David and Thomas were kind and understanding, accommodating a mobile order from a different location. However, for privacy reasons, a deaf customer noted the worker needs to carefully read what is typed for a grande drink, but they chose a venti drink for the second day in a row.
