My family and I went to buy a couple of Starbucks Caramel Ribbon Crunch and when they delivered them everything was fine until we tried them and realized that those things didn't taste at all like a frapuccino, they just tasted like normal water without any flavor.Parking: It is always very crowded and it is very difficult to find parking.

I bought my daughter a grande hot vanilla latte made with soy milk. I am trying to attache a picture. As she was drinking it something kept clogging the hole when we open the cup we found peices of "something" in the coffee . Did not resemble your typical food . I couldn't drink mine for fear of the same. She felt nauseous all night with the thought of what she had drank very sad..

The new Valentines Day Chocolate covered strawberry Frappuccino is here, and it is delicious! It's more of the strawberry syrup with the chocolate pieces inside. Usually, im nervous to try chocolate and strawberry in a drink together, but im craving another one! Must try for sure.

Good evening, so I normally don't like to give bad reviews but today as I was working my latest shift as a DoorDash driver, I experienced something very unprofessional and was disrespected by this lady actions. She claims to work there for 17 years but her actions showed otherwise why she shouldn't work there. Basically I got an order to pick up from this location around 9:43 pm. I normally never get any orders this late at this store, and everytime I do it's during the day. Usually I always walk in no problem to pick up the order. Never had an issue here till tonight, I decided to go through the drive thru as there was no one there to began with, they asked me to go inside and pick up the order and I said no problem I'll be in the front right now. Right away when I enter the store and I'm at the counter where you pick up the orders, this lady yapping/mumbling under her breath saying: (why we getting doordash orders this late, just rude comments making me feel unwelcome to even continue the order.) But I do anyways, however; She has such a agressive tone that was so rude, speaking to me so disrespectful , she started yelling thru her mic(no reason to use it btw as the store had barely no customers, let alone no in the drive thru) but she started asking if I can call the the customer to see if they can make another drink cause they didn't have what they wanted. As I was talking to the customer communicating with her, even the customer overheard on the phone as I was on speaker, he let me know afterwards why is the lady yelling and acting in such way when he order his drinks. I apologized to your customer for her inconvenience. I kindly asked the lady after the call to please tone down your voice your being a little rude and all. She starts making remarks that she is frustrated n' that she getting a lot orders and it's just her and another employee. I'm like it's ok I understand, I'm still polite regardless, so I continue to wait for the order but I'm still hearing her talking nonsense. Another dasher walks in, she is immediately quick to be rude to her as well and she is like telling me I'm working on the order I can't be in front of the counter as in where you pick up the orders which I always just wait there no problem. So I call her out again and I tell her once again you don't got to be rude "we" (as in the other dashers) just picking up orders , let her know I'll just get you in trouble for being unnecessarily rude as I will make a phone call and bring this attention to doordash and the Starbucks Co. as I don't tolerate disrespect especially when I walked in being polite. I'm just waiting for this order. As she wrapping up the order she comments : " I've been here for 17 years nothing is going to happen to me!" Mocking me as well as if she is validating that's it's ok to just be rude to a customer or DoorDasher because she worked with this company that long. As if she has some sort of power or privilege to be rude to me and the others in there. You would think she would know better but She starts saying crazy random comments about my looks out of nowhere as I'm leaving the store like saying I'm drunk and intoxicated, making ugly comments about my eyes in specific as well when In fact, I actually never took a sip of alcohol in my life as it's prohibited in my religion, which led me to think this might be an act of discrimination as well cause of who I am, I was truly offended by how she thinks she can say something like because she "worked there 17 years". Respectfully, idc how many years you worked there, that don't give you no right to say outrageous comments like that cause your mad about fixing orders up late night. If it was the other way around it would be a big deal but because it's not it makes it ok? She really unnecessarily said I'm intoxicated and saying crazy comments about my eyes looking a certain way Like what? I naturally have my eyes look

If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. They need to update their start time if they aren't going to be open at 4:30 AM like how their schedule says. Just went to their Starbucks waited to see if anyone answered and nothing . I went there twice to double check! And they were inside the Starbucks not attending .

I visit this location weekly because Monique always gets my drinks on point! She’s such a delight, friendly, fast, happy & always makes the best snack food recommendations for my daughter & I. This location is clean and the sitting area outside is such a great atmosphere. There’s plenty of parking and I always feel safe here even after dark.

This is the absolute worst Starbucks in the chain or perhaps it is the training location. Ordered two drinks and two pastries pastries were correct but both drinks were wrong. One was just flat out wrong don't even know who's it was and my Vente Americano was medium cool at best. They also left out the half-and-half took a quick sip and handed it right back to her at the drive-through and asked her to please ask them to make me one that's hot that this was really really cool... Well, the one I got back I should've had welding gloves and a welding helmet as well, asbestos clothing. Come on Starbucks don't you know this is how McDonald's got their back sides reamed you guys barbecued my coffee in the microwave and then handed it back to me instead of remaking it correctly. Still didn't have the right ingredients in it and was at least the temperature of the sun. I drop some serious coin with this company but never again this location. It's next to Which Wich in the Costco parking lot. Save yourself the trouble there's another one right down the street and this one sucks.!The young man who claimed to be the manager started the ole song and dance. We have been drinking coffee when you were on the tit son.....stop talking and just make it over. I guess he wanted to school an old timer like me....Ya that's a great choice son. Lmfao at you!!The young lady at the drive through was great, the problem, or I should say, the first problem was the barista who must've come straight from Robertsons ready mix and then there was little Doogie the manager.

I've come here plenty of times since I moved across EV and I LOVE this location, this location and the one on Limonite and Archibald are the locations I go to in EV. The baristas here are SO FRIENDLY I swear sometimes I just wanna give them a hug. I've only ordered maybe once on my mobile app here and it was fine and on time. I usually go through the drive through and my food and drinks always come out perfect! Pro tip: Be nice and polite to your baristas and they will return it
