about 2 years ago i always wanted to try a japanese cheesecake and looked online for one and found this one about 15 minutes south of where i live. my family tried it and we have been hooked since. every birthday we usually buy 3 cheesecakes. its fluffy, smooth, sweet but not too sweet, and the best quality. we usually get the ube, cookies and cream, and strawberry or original. please try this out if youre in the area. also its not expensive at all!

I've had this in Taiwan; it's a fairly well-known Japanese cake shop. I'm so glad they have it in the US too! 🥰
