The cake was impeccably crafted and the designers decorated it in exactly the manner in which we requested, “Not too much.” The frosting was strikingly smooth and the piping adorned only the bottom of the cake, ensuring the decoration was not too much. The colors of the yellow and red roses and the green leaves on top of the cake were tastefully muted and maintained the minimal emphasis of the decorations. “I grew up in NY and have eaten bagels my entire life. I recently went here to try their bagels. I bought a half dozen and was somewhat surprised by the price, $12.50. That to me was very expensive. The staff wasn’t very friendly. All of this would have been fine if the bagels were good. They were not. I have never eaten bagels this hard. I could barely chew them. I will definitely not be returning and will tell my friends as well. Don’t waste your time or money here.“

Wow, talk about a lucky find! I was craving pan dulce but short on time, and stumbled upon La Colimense Bakery. What a charming little gem! They have everything tamales, a huge variety of pan dulce... it's like a Mexican donut shop, but way better. And how is it better? Well, the pan dulce is just as delicious as any donut, but with less sugar and (probably) less fat. (Though, let's be honest, who's counting when you want a treat?!) Seriously, you have to check this place out. It's absolutely awesome. Two thumbs up for the supreme quality – there's no other way to put it. Just a heads-up: they prefer cash or Zelle (no debit/credit), which caught me off guard. But honestly, it's so worth it for what you get!“

“Went there for breakfast on Saturday early (8:30) to beat the rush. Only waited 20 minutes. Had belly to belly, creme brulee french toast. avocado toast, and two orders of the berry cloud pancakes. Only complaint is that we order the 2nd pancake a few minutes late and it didn't arrive till most of us were finished. Be warned .. get your orders in for the cloud pancakes early.
