Old school mom and pop eatery. The food is not gourmet or trendy or TikTok worthy but just plain good and filling. Don't expect to get double whipped soy foam chai latte but enjoy a good cup of coffee served in a real mug by a nice smiling server. Nice big menu with lots of variety and wide appeal to anyone with a American taste buds. Best chef salad I have ever had. Nachos are awesome! Never disappointed when we come to Corkys.Vegetarian options: Impossible burger patty substitution for any burger. I usually do the mushroom swiss on parmesan sourdough. It's fantastic
