Store is very clean and staff very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the Eastvale location.
My kid and I absolutely love the cookies here! They taste fresh and amazing.
One female team‑member gave us outstanding service. She was so friendly and warm‑hearted, it really made my day. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name.

Crumbl is a cookie place with amazing cookies and great service. The staff is pleasant and helpful with the ordering process. The menu changes every week, so there is always something new to try. Customers love the variety, with specific mentions of the Peanut Butter Munch, Strawberry Cheesecake, Chocolate Mallow Cupcake, and the Dubai Chocolate Brownie as the star of the bunch. The cookies have great textures and a nice crispy crunch. However, some cookies have been sold out for the day, and the strawberries in the Strawberry Cheesecake can be a bit mushy. Customers have to pay and wait for a while, but it is okay. The location is quick and efficient. Some customers hope the company will start catering to people with food sensitivities like gluten free in the future. Overall, Crumbl is a place people love and definitely recommend.
