Cayla is the greatest !! She has a top tier team that demonstrate the future of being leaders and managers. The environment is down to earth and I’m not only saying this because I respect her. But this place doesn’t deserve a 4.1 should be higher .
This one is the best. Not only a convenient drive thru (which most have but it's nice to confirm) but the service is unstoppable.
I just came in with some friends and we were given 5 star treatment. Christian was on duty and delivered our drinks and food to us as they came out! We all felt so spoiled!
They are very polite at the cashier and really want to help unlike other fast food places where you feel like you're bothering the staff.

I ordered through the drive-through, but the cashier spent about 10 minutes chatting with the car in front of me about school and their classes, which caused a long delay. When I finally got to the window, I was charged for the wrong order. Then they tried to give me the order meant for the car behind me. On top of that, my matcha tasted like plain oat milk with no matcha flavor or syrup at all. The entire experience was frustrating and very disappointing.
