Music too loud. I appreciate hard working people and the importance to be comfortable at work, in part listening to the music. However, the loudness is so high that you can not relax. It’s a coffee shop, the atmosphere is supposed to be relaxing , having a conversation and not trying to ignore the loudness. I have addressed it with the staff a couple of times , but there is no change in their volume setting. I hope that this review reaches the upper management and the issue...read full review
