At 8:25 AM I walk in and talk to the cashier. I asked for a small cup of water and they said “ sorry you have to purchase the item to get your water” I never heard that from any other franchise of Starbucks stating that you need to purchase a item to get your water when water is for free, but I don’t blame the employee.
