“This is my first time in this store in a long time and it was completely remodel with new seating that gave off a nice atmosphere and the team are all very helpful especially Asa. He took my order and answered all my question in a professional manner and show genuine care in my questions and helping me in anyway during my visit. I’ll will be back again.“
“My coffee has always been really good and the service is great, but the parking and drive thru line is a nightmare. The parking area is small and a tight squeeze, and the drive thru is the the same. When it's busy, which it usually the case, the drive thru line blocks cars from getting in and out of several parking spots. Getting in and out of there is the only downside. The coffee, service and convenient freeway access is what keeps me coming back.“
“Wanted to update my review after coming in today 6/6/26 around 10:45am. Starbucks is a treat for me as I have my own coffee setup at home. I mention this to say that even though I am not an everyday customer every time I come in the female barista (can't remember her name) but tall young lady with blonde bangs remembers my order! I always get great service every time I visit this location. This location should be a training hub for new employees for sure!
Came in on March 5th around 12:30pm. Ordered my drink and when it wasn't to my liking my barista made adjustments. This is the best experience I've had in a Starbucks in a very long time, impeccable customer service.“
“Busy spot given that it’s at the Promenade Mall in Temecula. It’s by a main entrance and can be missed from the parking lot if too many people are around the area. It does get crowded but I went there after their morning rush of regulars.
They were out of nitro coffee when I went there…but the service was quick for my backup drink.“
“The food & my favorite drink are always perfect...NEVER any problems. The baristas are honest, kind, & ? AMAZING!!!!!
Parking: I have a few medical issues & it's been very easy to park & no problems getting into the store!!“
