I received my order and my drink spilled because of the faulty lid. I called and asked if I could possible get a remake. The employee said no and hung up.
I hate giving one star but I bought a macchiato today (February 18, 2026 at 10am) and paid almost $7. When I received it, the cup was only filled halfway. That’s not acceptable, especially for the price. Please speak with your staff about properly filling drinks, customers shouldn’t receive half-empty cups. California is expensive, we are students, we are suffering and you guys are doing this. I am not happy with my large Machiato with half drink inside. Thanks
Half the workers where on there phone and ignored me I had to ask for them to take my order. There were 7 workers on shift wouldn’t recommend.
