This restaurant is a hit and a miss. The majority of the time, coffee is not made right or tastes more on the milk side, requiring extra shots which makes it pricey. The apple crisp oatmilk macchiato is a favorite and is pretty good, and the banana nutbread is always good warmed. Lines are super long, but drinks are always better than other Starbucks, and the staff is so sweet and friendly. The atmosphere is uplifting and joyful. Some employees provide top tier customer service, being patient, friendly, and helpful. However, significant concerns exist regarding management. The manager on duty refused to remake a drink, a violation of policy, and enforces their own rules. This behavior creates a hostile environment, including showing favoritism and profiling. The manager’s actions negatively impact the store’s integrity and demonstrate a lack of respect for customers and company standards.
