Great people and the kindness
Love Starbucks but Arlington store needs lots of work. Red cup day this year was a disaster & beyond out of control at this store. I've even had to call customer service to get a refund on my mobile order, store wasn't open on a different day. Opening person obviously didn't show up to open store. This store needs to work on their efficiency flow.
My favorite location and my drinks are always made right and everyone is friendly
