As I was waiting in the drive thru, I could hear the Starbucks employee speaking over the speaker to the person in the car in front of me and immediately I noticed that her voice was soothing and her words were helpful and kind. When it was my turn to order, I asked her name bc I wanted to give her props for being a cool person. Her name is Steel and although it was only a quick conversation, I am grateful to have met her.
