“I stopped at the Starbucks on Margarita and Rancho Cal to read a book I had just gotten from the library. After ordering my drink I sat down at a chair by the front door, put my drink on the table and my purse on the floor. After reading a few chapters and finishing my drink I left to go home. Upon arriving home I realized that I didn't have my purse and started panicking. I called Starbucks and spoke with Wally who remembered me and had already put my purse safely in the back. This beautiful person saved me a lot of heartache by not having to replace everything. Thank you Wally for being aware of what is happening in your store.“

“Truly one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They are consistently awesome here and have been for years. I will literally go out of my way to come to this one. Besides the fact they always get the order right, today I double checked (as I tend to because of a scary incident that happened at a different Stbx) that they had made it with the alternative milk I asked for and the barista who wasn’t the one who made my drink said “you know, I’m not totally sure since I wasn’t the one who made it, let me re-make it so we know for sure”. That is service and I can’t be thankful enough for people who truly care like that. I hate having stupid severe allergies to things that most people don’t, I’m super particular about my orders to avoid what I can’t drink.This Starbucks always delivers “

“I'm giving this Starbucks only 4 stars because for the most part, the people that work there are pretty friendly and make good drinks. Except for TRAVIS! Every time I come in to this location, he always has a bad attitude and he's very rude. I was just there and he got my order wrong and I asked him very politely if he could fix it and he rolled his eyes at me, making me feel as if I did something wrong. He then snatched the cup from the counter and continued to roll his eyes at me. The nerve! That's why I'm only giving this location 4 stars otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. I was going to give it only 3 stars but it wouldn't be fair to the other baristas who do a great job. Travis, you need an attitude adjustment. You work in custom service so don't get upset when you have to service a customer.“

“The coffee is, to my liking, made a bit strong. Pikes even has a bit of a kick.We've been to this Starbucks several times, and the service is magnificent. The employees are always working at a break neck speed, so waiting is kept to a minimum.“
“This is our traditional stop on the way to the San Diego Safari Park. It is a clean and neat place and service is pretty good. Though today when we visited, there were less chairs and tables inside the restaurant and all the chairs outside were stacked up. That may be because of the recent rains.“
“My local Starbucks. Right down the street from my house, I go to often. Line moves quickly and they usually have someone outside for the peak hours. Customer service is always great, kind baristas and managers are always helpful if needed. Coffee is always good, food is always hot. Never had an issue. Only flaw is the dumpster smells horrible but the ordering window, like absolute nightmare (please figure something out). Overall Great location.“

“our experience at this starbucks was exceptional! although the line was kind of long, it was quick service for the most part. i had to use a bathroom the minute we came in and unlike most starbucks, i was welcome to use it without having purchased anything. bathroom was pretty clean, wish they had paper towels to dry your hands instead of the blower thingy but it's okay. they had a "spread the kindness" thing going on where you wait for your drinks. little papers spread around where people have written nice things about the store or things like "merry christmas" or a simple "smile". the kids wanted to write something but i couldn't find any extra papers around. drinks were good, it's pretty basic when you go to a starbucks, hard to mess up a recipe. the kids approved of the cake pops and this time of year you just HAVE to get a cranberry bliss bar, which was delicious as usual. this starbucks is located right before an exit of the mall so you can enjoy your drink outside as well. you can get yourself a drink before you start your day, or after a long day of shopping!“
“My daughter and I went this evening for the Buy one get one free target deal, when I was waiting in line I realized only one young person was working, Dominic , he was quite hardworking , especially because he told us there is also online orders to do as well. He kept us entertained with his funny jokes. Although I do wish target would have more Starbucks employees , so it doesn't stress out the barista as well as the customer's satisfaction. Besides that , great location and great customer service! Keep it up !“
