Starbucks in Temecula

“I rarely leave a comment on a starbucks but this starbucks deserves 5 stars. I went there and asked for my usual decaf and after I had the drink I realize I forgot to ask for the drink to be iced. I apologized for it and the nice lady there did another one right away even tho it was my fault. Thank you so much starbucks!!“

“I come to this location often as it is closest to work for me. Super huge shout out to Gizele for going above and beyond with customer service for me this afternoon!!! Totally made my day amazing and easy and the best pumpkin chai this season! Thank you Gizele (I hope I spelled your name right!)“

“I’ve had multiple pleasant visits to this Starbucks cafeteria. The staff are friendly, attentive, and accurate with orders. On a busy visit, they noticed we were talking and checked in kindly, bringing small treats to try without interrupting. On a tougher day, I was experiencing the worst day of my life. However, the staff displayed genuine kindness and support. They noticed me and offered a complimentary drink for next time, which really meant a lot. Demonstrating genuine human kindness. Consistently clean seating and a smooth ordering process make this a reliable stop. I’ll happily be back.“

“So I don’t normally enjoy Starbucks that are in other stores. This on the other hand, was fantastic. The staff was well formed, the counter was clean, and the choices were abundant. I enjoyed everything about the experience, and may have to give in store Starbucks another try. This is not my local starbies but was surprisingly pleasant.

Dietary restrictions: Starbucks is able to make me a gluten-free café Mocha! Hallelujah!“

“I ordered at the wrong Starbucks couldn't make it there but called to cancel but said they would make me another one whenever i could come but I couldn't make it that day..but I came two days later and bam got my order thank you guys!“

“I didn't go to Starbucks I went to target . I would never buy over priced coffee. I have coffee at home and I go to Winn Co I get my coffee ground and have flavored drinks all week long for a fraction of the cost of Starbucks. I just take my grand babies to target on weekends the only time I have with them.“

“I always enjoy stopping by the Starbucks inside Albertsons. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and consistently provides excellent customer service. Everyone is super nice, and they always make my experience enjoyable. The team works hard, keeps things moving efficiently, and serves great drinks with a smile. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for great coffee and outstanding service! Tom Wayer“

“With a local family store atmosphere, this is the only Starbucks I love to come. The service is outstanding, the atmosphere is really great. I meet with my friend weekly here and I noticed a lot of people coming for a friendly chat at a cup of coffee. I like the fact that here i don't have to deal with the tone neutral store employees which treats you as a number. We got to knkw some employees and is great to see them weekly.“

“This is actually my favorite study spot! Staffs are amazing, clean and nice atmosphere. They recognize the customers and I love the small interactions. Personally It’s one of the best Starbucks around this area. Thank you for bringing nice energy in the morning❤️“

“Most of the starbucks we been to have excellent customer service, our local starbucks know us already. I have a lot of respect for the type of customer service they provide, meaning that i have a son with limited speech and i ask if he can place his own order, employees almost always are great listening to my son!, i am so greatful for that!.“

“Our barista Davey M. was really patient and friendly with us. The people in my car changed our order a few times even as we were being served and he was very helpful and kind. Halfway through the order, I decided I still wanted dragonfruit inclusions in my dragon drink 😅 He said “No problem!” and quickly added them back in, and he also remade my cousins drink because she decided she wanted a decaf coffee instead of one with espresso shots. So awesome!! This is the kind of person that I personally love to interact with, especially in customer service. Even so late at night, he was very personable and even made us laugh a few times. Thank you Davey!! :)“

“I personally loved my experience here !! Everyone was so welcoming and so nice . my coffee was done as I was paying for my order !! They asked how my day was and made great conversation. 100% I will come back here and I live 45 min away . Great customer service ?“

“I really like the tall gentleman that works here. His coffees are really consistent always smiles at people and is friendly. I’ve seen people be rude to him and his coworkers for no reason and he still accommodates politely even during rushes (I come here frequently so I see a lot)

Honestly I’ve been really happy with everyone so far. My cowkers like this Starbucks too. We get a few coffees a shift atleast <3“

“I want to share my great experience I had with Tooba today. I was looking for a special drink and this young woman was very polite, patience willing to assist me with my needs, she did not mind to invest extra of her valuable time to explain to me which drink would meet my needs.Thank you Tooba for an excellent customer service and your attention given made me wanting to come back to this store 100%.I acknowledge and appreciate your good service!“
