Great customer service. My only complaint is that it's 55 degrees outside and they can't turn the AC off or down. The AC is based on the temperature behind the counter and not for the patrons.

This Starbucks Coffee Company is a peaceful and quiet location tucked away by trees and a hotel, with a very relaxing ambiance. The staff is wonderful, warm, and friendly, treating every customer like a person. They provide service with a smile and kind words, consistently offering the fastest service. The drink quality is consistently wonderful, with foam that is always creamy, fluffy, and perfect. For a hot day, the Dragon Drink is highly recommended as it is refreshing, not too sweet, and really quenches thirst without making you more thirsty. The Caramel Strato is a dessert-like drink, similar to a Mocha Frappuccino but not as sweet. Even during busy morning rushes, the baristas greet regulars by name and update them on orders. Drinks are always made correctly, and food always comes out hot. The staff is extremely on top of things and beyond friendly. If a mistake is made on an order, they fix it right away. This Starbucks is by far the best one, with consistent awesomeness in both service and drinks.
