The poached eggs my husband got for his Benny were over done, the second time one of the poached eggs was under the other was over done. The Benedict my husband had was bland and the potatoes were way under seasoned. Honey garlic fries were flavored well but were cold with the sandwich. The atmosphere was nice, music was great, drinks were good.”

His dish was supposed to be spicy and mine medium, well mine was not edible after a few bites as it was too spicy and his was so mild we wondered if there was any spice at all put in. Other than that I recommend this place :)”
“Let me tell you, this was my first time there last weekend and I loved the experience. The ambiance was beautiful. The idea of having the choice of wine and tea, I thought was a great idea. The service was great, I even got the opportunity to meet one of the Chefs. I did the Premium Tasting which offers a 7 course meal of your choice of wine or tea. The wine and/or tea was paired with each meal and went perfect as it was presented. I definitely recommend this place and make reservations. I will be back and hopefully I can try something new on the menu.”

“Everything about Red Pine is worth 5 stars. Every single time I have gone here to eat, I have left feeling satisfied. To start, customer service is clearly a priority. Derrick, the owner, is up front most of the time interacting with his customers and making food himself. I have come to think of him as a friend after all of our fun conversations. Just recently I came in totally hungry and worn out, and he gave me a bit extra and made an effort to lighten my mood (literally reset the tone of my day). Beyond service, his food is healthy and delicious. He uses fresh ingredients that him and his staff prep each day-- you can taste the difference. While it may seem a bit pricey at first, the portion size and quality make the food well worth it. The drink menu also has great variety; my favorites are the Vietnamese coffee and pomegranate refresher. I would say the Vietnamese coffee has a similar caffeine level to a Starbucks cold brew. Red Pine is a casual and clean place with comfortable indoor seating and ample outdoor seating. Overall it has a nice ambience and is really clean. I have come by to study and just hang out from time to time and it was pleasant. Im pretty sure the back seating area is near an outlet”
“The ice cream is great here. You get a lot for a good price. There are lots of flavors, and it always tastes creamy and chewy if that makes sense. The texture of their ice cream is the best. The customer service is also worth it. The young people they have working there are courteous and helpful. I got an ice cream cake for my husband's birthday and the cake was delicious.”

“Such a great find! I love seeking out unique crafted sandwiches, and on our way through Temecula found this gem. My wife and I stopped in with our dog and were immediately greeted with some freshly shaven meats for our furry little one. We ordered the Italian and the Pesto chicken which were both phenomenal exactly as they prepared them. Super welcoming and friendly staff. They even threw in a couple macorons and a sample of their new soup of the day! Definitely worth the stars. Small spot with a few tables. Will visit again next time I'm within 30-45 mins of Temecula.”
“Yum! Came around opening and surprised to see a few tables already taken. Took a little while to get greeted but no big deal. I ordered the Mushroom Tofu soup and my brother ordered Spicy Bulgogi and Kim chi tofu combo, which is a little cheaper at lunch compared to dinner. Everything tasted great! Seemed like good quality eats. It was a little pricy in my opinion about $18 for my tofu and $24 for the combo, although mine was a pretty hearty portion. I think the combo is the better option out of the two. Service was nice. It was very quiet in there so I think it would've been nice turning on some music or even the TV in there.”

“Mike was the B-E-S-T best. My girlfriend and I sat in the corner like two little creepers and he kept us giggling and NOT thirsty! As far as wines go, the reserve chardonnay, 2021 red crowded and the 2020 reserve sage petite Sirah were the winners! (And I always leave with bottles on bottles of the brut rosé) CHEERS!”

Huge portions, we took home enough to eat a meal later. Best thing tho???? Their table salsa..omg. we gobbled it up and actually bought 16oz to take home. Our waitress was kind, prompt, and provided kid friendly drink ware and an extra plate without prompts.”

“I'm grateful for Yelp in helping us find this place. It's off the beaten path in a mote industrial area, so you're not likely to run across it just by driving by. Do yourself a favor and find out anyway. Started out with terrific, friendly, and efficient service. Alex made us feel athome and welcome and was patient with our questions. Extremely accommodating and pleasant. Thank you, Alex! The food was so good we ate still talking about it the next day. I can see why carnitas are their specialty. I had the Canarios Carnitas plate, as I'm a big fan of good carnitas, and this set a new bar for me. Beautiful crispy carnitas served with rice and beans and pickled onions, and wonderful, fresh, hand-made tortillas. Alex offered to put a serving of skin on the side, and even suggested how best to enjoy it. I will remember and recommend this dish for a long time. My wife ordered the chicken flautas, which were also excellent. We will be back on our next trip.”

Amanda P. gave us great service as well! And oh yeah....we ended up hiring Leoness for our wedding! I have to give a VERY special shoutout to an extraordinary person at Leoness....Melody Miller! When we first went to tour the vineyard for our wedding venue we were greeted by Melody and Deanna. Mind you this was our 3rd tour of the day and I had my fill of wedding coordinators trying to pitch us and convince us their vineyard was where we should have our wedding. Melody was different from the start! (And I'll say this....Leoness Cellars sells itself! Stunning property!) She really had a feel for me (my partner was unfortunately home with covid so I was facetiming him during the tour), our wants and needs. When she said "I want you guys to have the wedding of your dreams!" I really believed her.....more so than anyone else I met that day or during any other venue tour. After the tour we sat and went over the pricing, and never once did I feel any pressure from her. A few days later Melody informed me that she was leaving Leoness for personal family business and I have to say that it REALLY bummed me out. BUT she gave me her information and let me know that if there was anything she could do to help us to make our dream wedding come true she would do her best....again.....I TOTALLY BELIEVED HER! I kept in touch with her even though Deanna was our contact person from that point on. Deanna left a VERY bad taste in my mouth and lacks the connection and sincerity to be a good wedding coordinator. So much so that she completely ghosted us the day we were ready to sign the contract and pay the deposit! I reached out to Melody and she informed me that Deanna quit!!! SERIOUSLY?!?! I had no idea who to talk to at that point because we didn't want to lose the date for our wedding! Like a superhero swooping in to save the day, Melody told me not to worry and that she knew who was taking over and would make the call for us to ensure we would have the wedding of our dreams! (Are you seeing the theme here?!?) Melody bent over backwards for us to make things happen even though she was not longer working at Leoness Cellars! SHE LITERALLY SAVED OUR WEDDING! That is how much she genuinely cares about her clients!! She put us in contact with Ryan, who is picking up the mess that Deanna left and I have to say that so far he is doing a remarkable job! We canNOT wait to have our wedding there! To the Owner(s), CEO, COO and/or whoever else is in charge at Leoness Cellars: BRING MELODY MILLER BACK!!!! SHE IS AN ASSET TO YOUR BUSINESS!!!”

The only downside was that they ran out calimari but that can be forgiven given our dinner. We had the spaghetti carbonara and the risotto con gamberi. Both were delicious! I ordered the carbonara and it was delicious. My wife's risotto was amazing (10 out of 10)! I would definitely come back again!”

I'm knocking off a star only because this place doesn't serve beer. It's a winery, I know, I know. ? “Got Four large cookies, they were all different kinds. Some were sweet one was bland tasting, and one was ok. The reason I tried four was I purchase these cookies though a new app. Called Too Good To Go where you can buy day old food deals. Very Neat Idea. Now I went back a few days later and bought the chocolate chip cookie that is a winner ? By the the owners make the cookies and run it.”

“I've been coming to Rosa's Tortilla Factory since I first arrived in Temecula in 2005. We've since (sadly) moved away, but it's nice to see, on our return visits, that Rosa's is still largely unchanged. For anyone interested in Baja cuisine, be aware that Rosa's is more of the Tex Mex style of Mexican food. It's a small step up from fast food, though infinitely more authentic than something like Taco Bell or Del Taco. The main attraction for me are their cheese enchiladas, tamales, and of course, the freshly made tortillas which are out of this world good. Generally, any combination plate ordered comes with two of the homemade tortillas, or they may be ordered separately. The ground beef can be a bit bland, ditto the shredded chicken in fare like their regular crunchy tacos. I usually order the two cheese enchilada plate and a pork tamale and am usually on the edge of requiring medical assistance to exit the building upon completion of said meal. Their salsa bar is also pretty solid. Be aware, the chile de arbol salsa is labeled HOT for very good reason, but if you need to spot weld your tongue to your fork, it gets the job done.”

If I could suggest a flavor, I'd love to see a pandan milk tea flavor. “**March 2024: Week Night Visit** My friend and I were driving in to grab a quick bite before attending a concert nearby. I was really looking forward to the birria sando as so many reviews were so positive. Unfortunately, on my visit they were out of that so I did the next most popular sando "The California Club." The gentleman at the counter was very sweet and inquired on bread selection and preparation. I decided on getting the onion bread pressed like a panini for a hot sandwich. Shortly afterwards he brought it out and it was delicious. The bacon was crispy, the avocado creamy, and all the ingrediants made for a cohesive sando. I'll be back and will hopefully get to try the birria sando!”

Gone through name changes and owners, but has always seemed to have good food.The newest rendition as Familia restaurant grill is just a good or better then all the rest. I waited for a month before trying, so the cooks could get the recipes just right and get the cooking equipment seasoned in.... the recipes are really good, mostly authentic, tasting foods. The taste will get better the more seasoned the equipment becomes, was still a little new when I visited. Got the Carne asada and it was delicious, definitely recommend. Will be eating here more often. Service was great, fast, friendly and professional. Food was cooked and ready quickly, but not too quickly, hot, fresh and not from a box...I usually go to Mike's liquor store next door for my drinks and take my food to go, not to special inside, just what you expect from a mexican fast food joint, have tables outside to eat and enjoy the weather, overall a place you should at least try and most likely will be put into your monthly restaurant rotation.Parking: Parking is easy and plentiful, enough handicap spots, never seen parking lot too full.”

I'm older and wiser and after researching wineries I decided to check Doffo Wines out. I highly recommend you visit as there's so much variety you cannot miss here. Very cheerful and very well versed in other aspects of the Ponte Inn and adjoining Ponte Winery. We enjoyed a beautiful beet salad and Angus beef burger. Both delicious. Afterwards we did a little scouting around the Inn for a planned staycation next month. Everywhere we went we were greeted politely by staff and asked if we could be helped in any way. We are members of the winery but not familiar with the Inn. Only wish they were open later, but they do have a cocktail bar downstairs with lite bites for evening visitors. Looking forward to our stay.”

What impressed me the most was that they kept the buffet looking full and fresh.Afterwards we went wine tasting and Concetta was doing our pouring and educating about the different varieties. It was a great experience - she’s very knowledgeable and was able to help a non-wine expert like me find the right things to taste in a good order. I cherish the rare moments when Amy and I discover gems -- exciting, classic, shops and restaurants that take our breath away. Le Coffee Shop is such a place as this. We learned of Le Coffee on Wednesday night -- we were so excited, we barely slept. We read their reviews, looked at their menu, and simply could not wait for morning to arrive so we could meet the French Chefs / owners and dive in on authentic French made croissants, omelets, and time together as a family all while enjoying coffee and great food. Next morning ... we arrived at Le Coffee Shop shortly after opening. Aromas of pastries and breads baking hung heavy in the air. It helped tilt the experience forward with the sights and smells of fresh roasted coffee awaiting us at the coffee bar. I ordered a classic croissant with a coffee, Ames ordered an almond croissant, coffee and we agreed to share a cheddar, bacon and caramelized onion omelet. HF! That would be the crispy Tangerine chicken alone. If you include the side of white rice. It's a complete meal. And if you're ordering it just for you're self then you'll have leftovers. “Went for a date night with my husband friday night, we were very happy with our meal. The server was very welcoming and took good care of us. I got a ceviche appetizer which was delicious. I then got the green salsa chicken enchiladas. They were excellent, and the sauce on top gave it a unique taste than any other enchiladas i usually get elsewhere. My husband got a battered shrimp taco and pibil taco which he loved. The latin music playing in the background was cool, and the restroom was clean. The only thing i didn't like was that they had golf playing on both giant tv screens. It took away from the ambiance. Would definitely recommend this place for it's good service and tasty food.”

The town is really busy so it was understandable that service was slow but the waitress we had was kind and helped correct mistakes of the kitchen. The poached eggs my husband got for his Benny were over done, the second time one of the poached eggs was under the other was over done. The Benedict my husband had was bland and the potatoes were way under seasoned. Honey garlic fries were flavored well but were cold with the sandwich. We then ordered 3 additional rolls, tempura shrimp and veggies, and shrimp boats. We enjoyed most of it. The baked roll we got wasn't our favorite, but that's not to say it wasn't good for those who enjoy baked rolls. Our original waitress that seated us was sweet. I wish I got her name. She offered us assistance whe. Looking for details on the food/rolls. There were no pictures showing the food on the menus given to us, but she directed us to a qr code that brought up a menu on our phone. This helped. We ended up ordering one additional roll and were enjoying it and our conversation. Seems they wanted us to depart though and hovered over the table asking if we were ready for our bill. We were thinking about possibly getting 1 or 2 more, but felt a bit rushed and as though they wanted our table back. We decided to get the bill a d depart to a new location for the rest of the night.”
