Classic microbrewery setting: clean, voluminous industrial setting in a good area. Great selection of brews, seltzer, sangria, and root beer, all made by prolific. Friendly folks too. Nothing pretentious. I had a blonde ale and a weissbeer. I sampled the red and lemonade, and all were great! Prolific seems to be a good choice of names.
As for food, look on IG for food truck schedule or bring your own.
I suspect parking might be in short supply at peak times.

The West Coast IPAs and the hazy IPAs are real good
