Check in 11:45 PM appointment time 2:00 AM check out 5:45 AM. Slow process
I am a Dispatcher for a company that had a driver deliver here this morning. He had an issue with his truck not holding air as soon as they called him to a door. Employees helped get him out from under the trailer so the yard dog could put on door for him to get unloaded while we waited for a mechanic. I spoke to I believe was the transportation manager and he mentioned they have an on site mechanic that works on their equipment that he could also look at ours. We are currently...read full review

Southwest Traders, Inc. provides a professional and welcoming experience despite some logistical challenges. The staff is absolutely wonderful and accommodating, with a nice and friendly girl working check-in who got a customer in and out very quickly. The place is a little tight to maneuver and a closed gate caused a problem on Sunday. The business is a pleasure to work with, making it a recommended destination for many, though some find it not terrible but not great either, with concerns about lumper fees.
