Food is very tasty, large portions. My fav is the sirloin steak with cauliflower, but all of the keto meals are very good. I find they taste better in the oven rather than a microwave, so if you have the time cook them in an oven safe dish in a toaster oven or conventional oven.My only complaint is the courier delivered overnight (2:30am!) and I worry about coyotes or raccoons having a nice midnight snack on my meals!
