“Christian deserves to be recognized for the outstanding customer service he provided while working the drive-thru on Thursday, July 23. From the moment he greeted us, he was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and personable. He made us feel like valued customers rather than just another order in line.

One of the items in our order was a bean and cheese burrito with extra cheese and extra green sauce. I order it that way every visit, and it's rare that I actually receive the amount of extra cheese and green sauce I pay for. This time, it was perfect. The burrito was fresh, made exactly as ordered, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It may seem like a small thing, but getting an order exactly right makes a big difference.

In today's world, it often seems like many people come to work simply to collect a paycheck, with little concern for the customer experience. Christian was the complete opposite. “This particular J.I.B is awesome. It's literally right off the exit of Temecula Parkway on Interstate 15. I have never gotten any heatlamp food from here its made to order i think. And there's plenty of seating both inside and out. And if your in a hurry to either Riverside or San Diego its a quick drive through stop and even quicker getting back on the the I-15.“
