“Our family love going here. Today I felt as though service went down. Or it was just the one woman serving us. Other tables were serviced better than ours. Our food missed all the condiments I requested in the menu and salad sides were all missing. The one server just didn't do her part. I didn't really like that and wondered how she fot hired. Some younger girl tried to help us and was delightful.“

This one off Temecula Parkway specifically …I have been eating here many years, Mirna (manager) is always hospitable, and most importantly extremely clean. Its hard for pest control people to be comfortable at a food establishment, unless they know its clean and how they handle their food. Mirna is the reason why this restaurant is on point like this. “This particular J.I.B is awesome. It's literally right off the exit of Temecula Parkway on Interstate 15. I have never gotten any heatlamp food from here its made to order i think. And there's plenty of seating both inside and out. And if your in a hurry to either Riverside or San Diego its a quick drive through stop and even quicker getting back on the the I-15.“

“Christian deserves to be recognized for the outstanding customer service he provided while working the drive-thru on Thursday, July 23. From the moment he greeted us, he was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and personable. He made us feel like valued customers rather than just another order in line.

One of the items in our order was a bean and cheese burrito with extra cheese and extra green sauce. I order it that way every visit, and it's rare that I actually receive the amount of extra cheese and green sauce I pay for. This time, it was perfect. The burrito was fresh, made exactly as ordered, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It may seem like a small thing, but getting an order exactly right makes a big difference.

In today's world, it often seems like many people come to work simply to collect a paycheck, with little concern for the customer experience. Christian was the complete opposite. He clearly takes pride in his work, cares about the quality of service he provides, and represents your business exceptionally well.

The place was clean, and the service was quick with the place being empty on a Friday afternoon (no-one eats inside any more!) which suited us fine. Always made to order and cooked fresh with the grease drippin all over my fingers so I rub that oil on my dry face. I'm trying to get that young oily skin back LIKE I had when I was young. I also clean my windows with the greasy steam that makes my windows so easy to clean to look better than anything else I've ever used before. Windex outta here!“
