He ( the cook ) was touching his hat and fixing his hair and was going to touch the food he was cooking. The manager quickly stopped him before he procceeded to the cooked food and then apologizd and went to wash his hands. So just keep an eye out.“

There is a large parking lot to accommodate the high volumes of traffic as well as a long drive-through if you don't want to walk in. Wheelchair accessible parking is located directly in front.Inside is the usual for In-N-Out, but it's clean every time that you visit. Lots of seating, great for families, and up to medium-sized groups to gather and dine. Restrooms are a bit small for the volume of people that come here. If you're with a group of people that happen to not want an amazing burger, there are other options conveniently located nearby for them. Wheelchair accessible seating is available as well.In addition to the large indoor sesting areas, there are at least 10 outdoor tables with umbrellas. “While visiting from out of state at the kids museum next door. This burger joint is the best. The $3 pizza slice was HUGE! Almost a meal in itsself. The workers up front were especially friendly, and offered many suggestions to our order. The onion rings are big and thick. The place got busy quick, as we got un just before the lunch rush. It was delicious. The take out was quick, parking is limited.“

“I usually don't eat at this location or at C-F-A in general. I went with my son during peek hour, so food took a little longer to get. My son and I grabbed a few strip combos and two mango passion teas- (I asked for) no ice on mine and my son asked for light ice. We do this because we sip and don't like water down drinks after an hour. I was expecting their regular white foam cup, but instead our teas came in a clear cup that seemed smaller. His cup seemed to be filled with the regular amount of ice and mine was missing about an inch at the top. I do wish they were more clear on the "size", and I do think it was more expensive than a soft drink. The drink lacked a good hardy taste. Personally, I was disappointed and don't think it was worth it. Strips tasted as always. We love their fries so we always order their large size. Btw, Is it just me or does anyone else think the choice of going for a waffle cut is designed to give less of a portion? I've tried their salads in the past and they don't disappoint. On one occasion I tried the spicy grilled chicken deluxe sandwich and it was ok. Overall, the taste and food seems to always be the same.“

“Anytime I crave Panada, this location is right around the corner, and they always do it right. I'm always greeted and welcomed by the staff. Tonight was no different. Unfortunately for the staff this time, they had to deal with a 300lb Karen and her family of hungry hippos. The staff remained professional the entire time while taking care of their custome orders for these picky eaters. I almost thought about leaving because these people were taking forever to order. But I knew it would hit the spot if I just waited patiently. It was also the last hour of the night, so of course, the rush came in, and the popular entrees were going fast. Being the great people they are, they let me know it was gonna be a small wait. I didn't mind at all. Got my food, sat down and ate. But here came Karen on the hangry rampage. She was rude, demanding the names of the manager and staff so she could report them too corprate, and get them in trouble. Of course, the manager (CJ) remained calm and professional and reassured King Kong that they would be taken care of. The young lady working the register also remained professional while getting harassed not only by her word but the stench coming from her fat flaps. And they did all this while simultaneously taking care of the other customers at the same time. I just wanna say what a great staff they have. “Yesterday I had gone through drive through to order the chicken Cantina, I was on my way to work when half way through my order I saw a hair sticking out, I thought it must be mine but the hair color was brown/orange and I have blue hair. I went back only to switch the one taco. The gentlemen who helped me apologized and ask if I wanted anything else I told him no it was fine. I know it can happen here and there in the food industry, I’m a Supervisor myself. But I want to a knowledge the young man his customer services was on top!!! From the minute I order through the drive through. Even though I said no to anything extra he ended up putting another taco in a bag.
