I wanted to recognize Jose for the outstanding customer service he provided at the drive-thru. We rarely eat fast food, so we needed a few extra minutes to look over the menu. Jose was incredibly patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire interaction. He never made us feel rushed and treated us with genuine respect.
