Subway is a restaurant that serves good sandwiches, but with some inconsistencies in service. The staff can be hardworking and efficient, even when handling large orders alone. However, some customers have experienced issues with the card reader and restroom being out of service. Additionally, there have been problems with custom orders, such as salads, with staff being initially unwilling to accommodate requests. Despite this, some staff members have been willing to make adjustments to improve the customer experience. Overall, Subway can be a good option for a quick sandwich, but may not be the best choice for salads or special requests.
