Also has more meat and fresher ingredients. Have to say I have found my torta shop even if its across town from my house.It is worth the distance for the better quality. I watched him do the manager’s job plus everybody else’s while others stood around laughing and hanging out. The difference in work ethic was impossible to miss.

I had been waiting on my order, and Jay immediately noticed, took control of the situation, got things moving, and made sure my food was handled quickly and correctly while the rest of the store looked completely checked out.

That’s leadership without the title.

You can tell who actually keeps a business running, and it’s clearly Jay. The crazy part is people like him are usually underpaid while others collect the benefits off THEIR effort.

Jay deserves real recognition, better pay, and a leadership position because he’s already doing the work anyway.“

If I had paid full price I would have complained to the manager and asked for another but since I got this on a Tuesday drop I’ll just post it here. Update ; later that night i went to another TB (Escondido blvd) and got the same crunch wrap supreme and it was the SAME!! A slither brush wipe of beef!!!
The thing is i live 1hr 40minutes round trip away from any fast food, so I may be a bit more sensitive to miss cues but 2 locations on the same day is just upsetting!!“

“The drive thru line was crazy long so I decided to park and go inside to pickup my mobile order, the main entrance to the restaurant was blocked with cones so I had to go around to the side of the building to get inside. Was quite busy when I went there but food was great. 👍“

I live close to the del taco on El Norte parkway and I can honestly say that Everytime I come in, I'm greeted with a friendly face and stellar service. I mainly come in for breakfast so I always interact with Francelia who's the morning to mid day manager. Very nice lady and always seems to get my order spot on. (She remembers my order Everytime). The food always comes out fast and hot which is something I look for in restaurant. It's a great place with great people. How can you go wrong.“

“Whoa!!! Absolutely awesome. I’m amazed as to how far the staff went to resolve my issue. I lost a battle to Christmas hours and ordered food this closed subway. Unfortunately, the system was still taking orders and customer support didn’t help at all to issue a refund. Today I go in to satisfy my subway cravings and explained the situation. Immediately, the profesional artist contacted the owner in an attempt to help me out. I was told the order will be canceled and I will be refunded! Cool! 2 hrs later, Justin had reached out to me with a wonderful solution, a heartfelt apology, and an explanation.“

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience had to be shared. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Burrito through the drive-thru, and WOW—absolute flavor explosion! The melted cheese on the outside of the burrito is pure genius. It’s like they wrapped it in a blanket of golden, cheesy perfection. One bite and my taste buds were completely blown away.

I was so impressed, I literally parked and went back inside to order a second one just to see how this masterpiece was made. Yes, it was that good. Melty, savory, perfectly grilled, and packed with flavor. Hats off to whoever came up with this recipe—this is next-level fast food.

“I could not get to this place due to it being inside a Target store. Who wants to deal with that? That parking lot has had numerous fender benders due to rude people in a hurry. I skipped this place and went deeper into Escondido to Round Table Pizza and that made my day.

Parking: Crazy. People will walk behind your car like you aren’t even there. Everyone is in a hurry to get ran over line it’s Death Race 3024! It shouldn’t be this difficult or stressful to get a personal sized pizza. Skip this place that already has below average reviews and go somewhere else. Pieology is right across the street. They are a pizza place with better parking and less suicidal foot traffic idiots.“
