“I came in to order a Torta Cubana. I had tried to call but the phone was busy for a while. But never the less I ordered at the counter and even thou they were super busy I was in and out within 15 min. Talk about them using team work. As one was cleaning she would hand over the stuff that went in the fridge to the other and it was done in a snap. These girls really know how to work in a team. It was fairly busy for a Sunday morning a full house for sure. But they handled it.“

“I wanted to recognize Jose for the outstanding customer service he provided at the drive-thru. We rarely eat fast food, so we needed a few extra minutes to look over the menu. Jose was incredibly patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire interaction. He never made us feel rushed and treated us with genuine respect.
It was such a pleasant surprise to encounter a young man who was so courteous and attentive. His positive attitude and professionalism made our experience enjoyable from start to finish. Employees like Jose make a lasting impression, and I truly hope he receives the recognition he deserves for representing Taco Bell so well. Thank you, Jose, for your excellent service!“

“Primera vez plató estaba rico pero duraron mucho mucho tiempo 😏segunda vez lo pedimos para recojer y estaban bien quemados nomas tirados en la caja y decidimos quedarnos a comer y pedimos otro plato igual y mucha mejor presentación pero duran mucho tiempo pienso que deberían tener mas personal y ser más atentos“

“On a recent visit to the San Diego/Escondido area, we ate at Craft and Taco Lounge. Since I’m vegan, it was my pick for dinner, and the Vegan Pastor ended up being my favorite. It was so good that I went back the next evening for takeout. I’ve had tacos across Texas and Mexico, and these were among the best I’ve had.“
