This facility is always clean, and the staff is friendly.
The food was great, but the customer service needs a ton of improvement. Seriously, they basically ignore you. They don't even hand you a straw for your drink; you have to ask them for one. It seems like they all care way more about the drive-thru than the dine-in customers. On top of that, there were no restrooms available since there was a line and the person inside was taking forever.
This is probably my favorite Jack N The Box location if not, it is definitely in my top 3. The Evening shift is good/cool, but I want to put the spotlight on the Morning crew. The Morning crew is awesome, I have to say that I cannot recall a Time where my order was ever wrong with this crew.
