“April 2026 Monday noon lunch.
The meal and service were great. They shifted into Outstanding when it came to customer service. Here is a copy (edited) of my thank you note to the Manager, Kevin.
Thank you so much for all of your attention - so rapid, effective and sincerely customer-oriented.
As you are aware, the gift card was purchased elsewhere and the inactivated bonus card mistake had nothing to do with you or your staff. Things happen, that's life. I was prepared to deal with corporate HQ.
Both you and Kaden obviously did everything possible at the time to help us. Your follow-through with corporate was beyond expected. We feel well taken care of.
Thank you for going beyond your responsibilities as the Brigantine manager and simplifying our life.
Oh, by the way - the meal (grilled tacos and seared ahi bowl were both fantastic.)

“On a recent visit to the San Diego/Escondido area, we ate at Craft and Taco Lounge. Since I’m vegan, it was my pick for dinner, and the Vegan Pastor ended up being my favorite. It was so good that I went back the next evening for takeout. I’ve had tacos across Texas and Mexico, and these were among the best I’ve had.“

“I stopped in very close to closing to put in a large order for our family after a graduation event. The staff put the order together without a problem and everything was delicious!

“I think they have the best middle Eastern food in the county. I love their rice. Platters are huge and you'll get three meals out of it - two if you're a big eater! I don't know what they're called but the pickled veggies (part of platters) are amazing and so it their baba ganoush. There is plenty of parking.“

“This is my FAVORITE Mexican food in all of North County. The food is AMAZING, horchata is amazing, the employees are really kind and I appreciate that they are following COVID guidelines not letting anyone inside...food is either ordered to go or there are a few tables outside you can sit at. Definitely recommend ❤️“

“We had a wonderful family dinner at Chin's Gourmet and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The chef's recommendations were absolutely outstanding - every dish was packed with flavor and prepared perfectly.
The dumplings were some of the best we've had: fresh, delicate, and incredibly flavorful. The green beans were exceptional, cooked to perfection with just the right balance of seasoning and texture. The rice dishes were equally delicious and complemented everything beautifully.
Beyond the food, the service was attentive, welcoming, and made our family feel right at home. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a meal together.
If you're looking for authentic, flavorful Chinese cuisine and aren't sure what to order, trust the chef's recommendations-you won't be disappointed. We look forward to coming back again soon!

“Primera vez plató estaba rico pero duraron mucho mucho tiempo 😏segunda vez lo pedimos para recojer y estaban bien quemados nomas tirados en la caja y decidimos quedarnos a comer y pedimos otro plato igual y mucha mejor presentación pero duran mucho tiempo pienso que deberían tener mas personal y ser más atentos“

“Their dungeness crab is delicious. Fresh and cooked to perfection. Best crab ever. That said, front of house has some issues. The waitress forgot two of our items, seemed totally uninterested, and was slow. The five star is really just for the food.“
