“Had a nice experience. Food was good i was just suspicious about my habenero chicken cause the inside didn't seem to be well well done, had some pink still but was juicy. Oysters were good and fresh just wish they were bigger and my shrimp boil had just enough flavor. Overall good experience.“

“I must say. This is one of those special places in Escondido. Long known for their spectacular fresh seafood specialities. They also have options for those who like land animal varieties as well. I had a remainder of a gift card balance bequeathed to me to obtain dinner for the night. I tried ordering online but the online merchant payment API didn't tie into their internal gift card balance ledger. I called in and placed an order over the phone for the Waygu Burger Medium Well. I picked it up and it was ready. A very nice hostess in gorgeous black and gold metallic accents greeted me as she was doing the most important chore of the entire operation. Roll ups! She quickly assisted with tracking down my order and helping to process the gift card balance. I felt so effused I left the reminder of four dollars and change as thanks for her superior service. My mom loves this place and now I know why. Drink up me hearties Yo HO!!!!“

“We weren't sure when we first walked in but, oh my, what a pleasant surprise! We shared the "Torres" Skyscraper, an EXCELLENT ceviche dish with all the things in the mix! Then each had a taco (okay, I had 2). We did a battered fish, a battered shrimp and a grilled shrimp taco and they were all delicious. Our server was Greg who was very friendly and attentive, even when a bunch of to-go orders came in at once. All in all it was a great experience, we've added them to our Google Maps route so we'll be back!“

“It was our first time here and we were stoked to have tacos as our first meal. When in San Diego, you have to try the tacos! We were the first customers as soon as they opened so we ordered right away.

We ordered several tacos but our favorite was the chile relleno. The cheese filling was superb and the corn tortilla was soft and delicious! Every one of the sauces was top tier and there are fully vegetarian taco options. This spot serves high quality tacos with fresh veggies at a reasonable price. We were stuffed after our meal and can honestly say these are our FAVORITE tacos of all time!“

“After a long day outdoors, me and a close one of mine were both craving for some Chinese food for dinner. I did some research and saw that this place was along the way back to our hotel. It was a hot day, so we both agreed to give it a try and to it look any further. Upon arrival, we were both greeted a warm welcome by one of their friendly staffs. We were seated almost immediately since it was not too busy at the time and we began browsing through their menu to see what we would like to have. They offer many authentic Chinese dishes to choose from from such as their dim sum that is avaliable all day, traditional house specialties, appetizers, soups, seafood items, pork entrees, beef entrees, poultry entrees, dinner combination plates (Avaliable at three in the evening, you can choose and lunch combination plate and add two dollars. It is served with daily soup, steamed rice and an egg roll. If you want a soup with the dinner combination plate it will be an extra two dollars), salads, vegetarian dishes, Chop suey, egg foo young, fried rice, stir fried noodles, noodle soups, dessert and then there is the lunch special section. The items you can select from the lunch special includes various entrees from seafood, chicken, pork, beef and vegetarian items. Also if you want to step away from steamed white rice there is the option between pan fried soft noodles or fried rice. You have the option between steamed or fried rice, a daily soup and egg roll are all included. Same as the dinner combination, if you would like a soup with the lunch special for takeout it will be for an extra if two dollars. We found many things we wanted to try and our order was placed where we both were excited since we both knew something amazing is on the way. Everything here is made to order which is always a plus for me since it is quality over quantity and I never mind the wait since I am a very patient person. While waiting for our food we were served hot tea and bottomless iced water which was extra points since it was really hot outside and we both needed to hydrate. Finally the food arrived and it was time to feast. From the moment of the first bite I can tell you that they use premium ingredients, the food was well prepared, they have a great chef and most importantly it was fulfilling and more than enough to take home since we were really hungry. The service was really great here, thanks to their well trained, professional, understanding and polite staffs are visit was a satisfying and issue free one. As time went by, a lot of people arrived to dine in and to pickup their takeout orders. They accept both cash and cards for the payment at your convenience. I highly recommend this place to all Chinese food enthusiasts, to anyone in need of a quick bite just like us, to anyone willing to try something new, to anyone looking for a laid back spot to dine at or if you just so happen to be in the area to check them out. I definitely will be back to tryout the other delicious option they have in the future.“
