“Martha was are server on friday the 10th. She is AMAZING! I have not been to a sizzler for over 30 years and my husband wanted to go. We sat down and with out a sec our server greeted us with the most infectious energy! She came over with our food and checked on us a lot, like in a good way! Everytime something sat down in front of us she would make sure it was perfect! We definitely had some small talk but she would be the reason we return! She made my family and I feel welcome and want to come back for the great food but really to see Martha!!“

“We have been HUGE a huge fan of a local crawfish restaurant for as long as they have been open, and have gone frequently over the years. Recently we have been looking to try some of the other crawfish places around. Not only did the Boxing Crab have flavorful sauces to choose from, top quality freshness, the best cooked crawfish we have had in a restaurant, (even better than our regular spot), and their service was wonderful! “My family and I came in on Friday afternoon. Around 5:30pm. Immediately we were welcomed with a smile. Our waitress was Alma. She was attentive, kind and very sweet. The salsa and chips immwdiately told me they had good food. Salsa was house made and fresh and chips were perfect. We ordered several items and everything was fresh and delicious. I ordered fried fish but it was perfect! Sushi was great and their baja fish tacos are to die for. We will be back.“

“This place is amazing. Had the fish tacos and shrimp tacos both were deep fried and delicious. Hubby had the aguachile bontanas and it was so fresh and filling. Fresh made tortillas for the tacos and tostadas. Also had the clamato which quenched my thirst.
I was also completely endeared to the fact that it was an elderly gentleman cooking and seemed to have a speech impediment. The time it took to cook the food was well worth the wait“

“This place is the best! We’re from Colorado and we found this place three years ago when we were visiting. We’ve dreamt about their fish and shrimp tacos ever since, so we make it a point to stop by whenever we’re in San Diego. This last trip was no different. We even went twice this year because they recommended their garlic and butter fish and shrimp tacos and they’re to die for (along with everything else we’ve had). While they do have outdoor seating available, we ate in our car because we had our pup with us. When we went back, they even said they remembered us. My favorites were the oxtail and jerk chicken, but everything was delectable and prepared with tangible love and care. The rice and beans, veggies, and plantains were all so delicious as well. At the end, we ordered two curry chicken patties and ate them in the parking lot. Those patties might’ve somehow topped the plates! We’re talking flaky, epic breading and unbelievably moist and flavorful filling.
