“I like going to this recently when I visit Jamul Casino. Just know you must be 21+ to enter here. The food is decently priced. If you are a casino player you can get a discount. Portions are decent and the quality is also decent. Since this is a casino, the ambiance is always a bit noisy or loud.If you’re not in the mood to sit down, they can take your orders outside a kiosk stand to the right of the outside.Vegetarian options: Yes. Vegatable options availableKid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. Inside jamul casino 21+Parking: Parking garage for casinoWheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian options“
“Nothing is perfect they say but Brigantine is close. The only thing that I'm not cool with are mob scenes. Well Taco Tuesday is elbow to elbow Be prepared to be social and party like 1999 because the $7 Happy Hour menu is a party. I've been coming here since 1999 so I partied! with oyster shooters, calamari and shrimp cocktail Margaritas weren't the buzz. Stick to wine!!“
“One of the best places in San Diego for Mexican food that delights you with its wide variety of dishes with fresh products daily, I highly recommend it for any formal or informal event 10 out of 10.Vegetarian options: Very good selection of legumes, vegetables and fruits for salads“
“I'll say this, if you only order the spare ribs off of the appetizer menu, you'll be completely satisfied! I ordered lo mein and the ribs together. The noodles came out quickly and were 2/5. Nothing special. But when the ribs came out I was shocked! So many and so big! Absolutely delicious sauce! Growing up in BBQ heaven, these are easily some of the best ribs I've ever had! 9/10!!! Order the spare ribs!“
“I LOVE this place. Their Birria tacos are the best in San Diego and I’ve had my fair share of Mexican food. As an SD native, whenever people come to visit I tell them to go here because it’s literally the best. Please don’t ever leave the neighborhood!!“
“I was so excited to try a family owned small restaurant and I was not disappointed! I ordered the lasagna, tortellini carbonara, tiramisu, and cheesecake. Every dish was delicious. Service was kind, friendly, and attentive. Looking forward to trying the pizza next time!“
“I have lived in East County my entire life. I am always looking for something 'different', something that stands out from the rest, a hidden gem, if you will. I had heard of Steele 94 many times and heard great things about it. I/ we finally went out to try it. I was in love with the place the second we walked in the door. It had a great feel to it and it was very welcoming. Speaking of welcoming, the owner Miguel greeted us and we were sold! We had breakfast as it is my favorite meal of the day and we were not disappointed. We enjoyed our time there so much, we returned for dinner. Once we got out of the car we were hit by the intoxicating aroma of the outdoor grill. Guess who was manning the grill, that's right- Miguel! We had a tremendous dinner and a great evening. I do believe I have found that hidden gem I have been looking for. We will be back, and very soon!“
“I was raised eith Anthony’s Fish Grotto. My father was a chef, he worked for the Ghio’s since he was 17 & many family members including myself. The food is just as tasty as it was when I worked there. In fact I worked in La Mesa when I was 17. I get out to Anthony’s about once a month to take care of my craving for seafood.Sincerely, Paula Foright-RoybalParking: Parking in front of the Grotto & above with nice stairs down to the entrance.Kid-friendliness: The outside is beautiful to enjoy your meal.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for a wheel chair“
“Very nice place, recommended without a doubt, starting with the small but comfortable place, very clean, the service provided very well, a very extensive complete menu, shrimp tacos and chilled octopus, I recommend it! A variety of drinks from sodas to beer, a place to go alone as a couple or as a family!VERY FAST FOOD DELIVERY!Wheelchair accessibility: A place suitable for people in wheelchairs, children and seniors!“
“As someone who frequents Thai restaurants, I am very rarely impressed by a new place but Thai Time was GREAT. I went here randomly for lunch and wish I lived closer to go more often. From the stainless steel cups for their Thai Tea, to the savoury curry, and even unique sushi rolls, this place was awesome and had it (I also got the Mussaman Curry)“
“I was a first time customer here in November 2019. I never knew I never came back, but the food was awesome! I ordered a California Burrito, and for a price of under $13 (with a drink) it was the best deal. Sadly I never finished it since it was so big, but I did enjoy it a lot!! The best!!!“
“Best mariscos in town man. Don't even want to mention there hot dogs there are something out of this world ????.This food truck offers the best fresh sea food in east county. Really clean truck and kitchen.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of room“
“Came here with my family for lunch after previously having visited the other Manna location in the Plaza Bonita mall. I'd say they're quite even in terms of meat quality, price, menu items, and service. The meats were delicious, the service was quick, and we definitely felt like we got our bang for our buck! Definitely recommend coming here if you're in the Chula Vista area and want all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ.“
“Delicious and reasonably priced seafood and sides! I always get the same thing cuz it's delicious- Grilled Giant Shrimp with garlic butter and Cajun sauce. Brussells Sprouts and Corn, add avocado and a shrimp skewer. I have them box the shrimp skewer and eat them with my leftovers the next day for lunch.“
“This is it! If you live in East County and are craving great fish tacos, then this is the spot. Great authentic tastes and large proportions. If you love food like I do, try it, you will not be disappointed with the food. Just remember, this is a food truck still, so don't expect a lot as far as the atmosphere.“

“Holy cow, please try their pasta with chicken. Genuinely just cleaned house with one of their small bowls that stuff was stellar. This will absolutely be a regular haunt for me.Edit: forgot to mention! This thing was full of buttery sauce goodness too! Not a milimeter was dry and the chicken was perfect all the way throughGreat price, nice and helpful staff, quick service, 10/10 experience from the folks at Chef Char's“
“I have been here a few times with my family and it's one of the best Asian spots close by. Otay Sushi has such a unique (in a good way) menu. My favorites are the bulgogi entree, chicken karaage, and super albacore roll. You can never go wrong with those. It is also super cool that they have a spicy salmon handroll for 3 dollars, and it tastes delicious! The service is also great.“
“We've been a Poki bowl binge this week. We were in the area today and decided to find a poki one n half near by.We got our usual regular bowls with 3 scoops of protein. I like this spot because they have lobster! The staff was quick with our order. This location is well kept and clean. The bowls were so good we always finish the entire bowl.Overall happy with this location as well. Not close to us but it will be the one we go to if we are in the area.“
“My friend and I were celebrating both of our birthdays at Black Angus for lunch. We decided to have the Campfire Feast - both had the filet mignon, loaded baked potato (she had the brussels sprouts, and I had the salad. A bottle of wine was half off! (I myself had an Angry Orchard). Our starter was the cheesy garlic bread (you can never go wrong with that!) And for our desert that was included we chose the Mudpie. And then, Robert, our amazing waiter brought out the Birthday Cowboy cookie with the ice cream to the side for each of us (he knew we were taking our cookies home). If you haven't tried this...omg! That entire meal for two (including the wine) was only $105 before tip. We did have to pay $5 each extra for the filet mignon and I believe the loaded baked potato was also a few extra dollars. Yes, we took leftovers home. In fact, I had enough for two more meals! So worth it and still so delicious. Robert, our waiter was very friendly and help. Helped my friend pick out the wine she wanted and gave us other suggestions while trying to select our meal options. He was very helpful. Black Angus is one of my favorite restaurants and they made our birthdays celebrations even more special!“
“This was delicious ?! I stopped here because I was craving carne asada fries and the reviews say they are good here, that's an understatement! They were amazing! The salsa was delicious, the fries were cooked all the way unlike other places I have tried where they are soggy. The meat was so good, grace and cheese and sour cream! No Pico for this gringo. I will for sure have to try other items here as this plate blew me away! Thanks La Casita's for the best carne asada fries I have had in East County SD.“
“Although I have some other Rubios locations around my area, this location is my favorite. They always serve hot fresh food and the portions are good. The manager Samantha is the best, she always has a smile on her face and keeps the restaurant supper clean. I have a great experience every week.“
“Only reason I'm holding back a star is that it took some time to get a menu. They aren't handed out when seated. That, however, was my only lament. The ambience was nice, upscale. Piano player in the corner was a nice touch. We had a booth, so romantic. We actually could hear ourselves talk. Our server, Paloma, very sweet and knowledgeable. We decided to split a Rib eye/lobster dinner and a salad, which was plenty for the both of us. The salad, simple, lightly dressed in a vinaigrette that was so subtle, it enhanced the greens, leaving you craving another bite. The platter came with a huge rib eye, nice size lobster tail, asparagus, blistered cherry tomatoes, and a smattering of mashed potatoes that we almost missed as they were under the asparagus. It came with a cherry bourbon glaze, very different from anything I've had to accompany a steak, it was divine! Everything cooked to perfection. The highlight for me, was that amazing wine list. They carried a sparkling wine that is hard to find, Iron Horse, which has always been one of my favorites. We were fortunate to get the last bottle. I was so excited! I enjoyed every last sip. Too full to enjoy dessert, husband had a coffee with Bailey's. He was happy. Looking forward to coming back to try the seafood. (and to give it another star!) Very nice place for a date night, special occasion.“
